I CAN believe how terrible their service is after reading all these reviews. My boyfriend and his mom ordered an iced coffee and an ice cream cone. When I saw the ice cream cone I laughed!!! Worst looking cone I've ever seen. I hate to say this but, what is it with fast food workers NOT taking pride in their work!?! It's unfortunate I was forced to go to this McDonalds location for a late night meal...I live across town near the high school so it isn't a quick ride. Long story short as we're getting home we realize they didn't give us sauce (nor offer) for my nuggets, ketchup, napkins or the parfait! We go allll the way back because they don't answer the phone. The workers are still there, but won't tend to the drive thru speaker either. Called corporate to complain the next morning & they offered no apologies. If I could give negative stars I would, So I just ordered the kids 4 chicken sandwiches with no lettuce. The kids opened and touched ALL 4 chicken sandwiches to check them, they all had lettuce. Ok no big deal they always mess up on our food but I'm literally too tired to argue. So I hand them back to the manager. I stand there and watch the skinny tall young kid making the food, unwrap ALL 4 sandwiches that my kids touched and he put mayonnaise in them rewrapped them in new paper and bag them to hand out. Just driving thru sanger and decided to get my son and me something to eat. Went though the drive thru and got small fries, mcchicken, mccheeseburger, and large Powerade. They didn't have any Powerade, so got some sweet tea instead. Got my order and drove off. Me being thirsty, didn't get a straw, so I had to go back around to park, get out my car, to go inside to grab a straw. Came back in and tried a fry which was as cold as ice and harder than Ron Jeremy. That's some nasty ass fries. Took a bite out my mcchicken and wanted to wipe my mouth, but no. No napkins in the bag. if i could give zero stars i would. i'm writing this review becuase i'm super upset about my order this morning. i asked for a small coffee and egg and cheese biscuit with a side of bacon. the girl i ordered from gave me major attitude and charged me a lot ($7 for what was supposed to be a small coffee and bacon biscuit.) i didn't pay much attention or check my bag because i was in a rush to get to work in fresno. when i made it i checked my bag and all i had was a plain english muffin cut in half and a piece of bacon. i called the number on my receipt to complain and i was passed around to talk to three different girls. finally the last one i talked to answered "umm, so what's going on?" i explained what happened and she told me to take the food back and get a new one. then i told her that i work in fresno and couldn't go back until after work around seven and she said "okay well we don't have biscuits at that time." then she said just bring it back tomorrow morning. i told her i wouldn't hold the food over night just to take it back in the morning ( already in my upset voice). then she reluctantly said ( i'm sure she also rolled her eyes too), "i guess just bring it back tomorrow and i'll handle it." grrr, it makes me mad just thinking about it. for sure never going there again...not even to get my bacon biscuit, not worth it. read more

We went to McDonald's drive thru in Sanger, we ordered a quarter pounder meal and asked for a double cheeseburger meal, of which both orders, the employee asked if we wanted to upsize. We said yes. We get to window n was told to pull to front to park. We didn't have place to park at first as all 5 parkings were taken for pick up. Employee comes out with our food minus one large fry. My husband lets employee know it was missing. Employee goes inside n comes back stating we weren't charged for fries and my husband got upset stating we ordered meals with upsize orders and it's not our fault she stated they charged us separately. She goes in n the manager "Veri" as she stays was her name, said no we can't give you fries we didn't charge you for, we stated we ordered 2 meals, manager stated no, the double cheeseburger is not meal, we told her your employee never stated that nor did the employee that came out and if that was the case then why were we asked what flavored drinks for our meals if the double cheeseburger was not as a meal as we hadn't asked for a drink at that time. She stated you have to pay as she can't help us so my husband got upset and stated that is F'd up at situation and was handing her his bank card, she stated NO I'm not taking your card or helping you since your cussing at me and walked away, my husband never once was cussing at her he said situation was f'd up.
