Getting breakfast for Sunday. Drive-thru. Long line that moved at a slow pace. 2 breakfast Jacks and 6 stick French toasts ordered. Workers are masked. The worker was kind. Order handed over after waiting a bit more along with good day wishes. Sunday has arrived! Happy Sunday everyone! I got breakfast ready per usual. We split the French toasts. 3 each. They were ok. Definitely tasted old. Ended up having 2. Didn't want anymore. The Breakfast Jack was okay. The bread was fresh. The egg tasted old too. There was a tiny sliver of ham and it was okay. I can guarantee Mother will feel the same when she gets up to eat. Good service and okay breakfast. It took forever to get too, but at least the service was good. read more

This was our second Jack in the Box stop today to get the 2 free tacos on Taco Tuesday. We were very frustrated with the app while trying to order this discount offer. Jack in the Box emails me every week, so I thought we would try it out. The Fresno store never offered to help, only gave me inaccurate information. I tried the inaccurate information on our way to the Sanger store. Nope! The inaccurate information did not work. I went through the Sanger store drive through, and the very nice young lady tried to help, even using her own phone. But she could not figure it out. So I went into the store and saw the manager. He was pretty busy, so he turned me over to the nicest, most patient young man, Diego. Even though Diego was able to show me how to order the special offers, the app was configured to the first store. Diego said he would put in the order, and he would pay for the 2 free tacos. No way, I said. He said Jack would pay for the tacos. This was such a positive experience. We will be back much more often than we would have if this positive experience with Diego and the store had not happened. I will have to say the app is less than user-friendly. As a software developer and having written many app directions, the app needs more information as it is definitely not intuitive. read more

Real bad service all they do is look at you and don't get your order ready you can wait up to 20-30 minutes and they won't have your one meal order ready. They even help costumers that come after you first. They are racist most of the girls that work there. read more

This place it's a joke it's 6:10 am and they said they don't open the love until 8 am but they have it posted on the door that they open at 6am so the employee goes inside and ask the manager and they tells me that I have to order through the drive trhu and told her I have a problem my truck does not fit it's too tall so she saids you can order walking lol I go to the speaker and they don't answer so I moved out of the way than a car ordered food so I go to the speaker again and the same thing happened so really????? Went through the drive-through and got horrible service and was told I wasn't gonna get any food or a refund and to get the hell out of there or they would call the cops after I knocked on the window for something additional. The cops were in fact called! I sat there amazed at this horrible attitude having little skinny teen looking Latin girl and her chunky uglier friend jumped on the phone to call the police. It took for the dam cops to go get my refund! It was 5:21 pm order # 128. Do NOT come here unless you don't mind horrible service and to possibly get ripped off. read more

Just went to the new jack in the box in Fowler, ordered 2 mini pancakes and a Supreme breakfast sandwich. We got 1 mini pancake and a cold sandwich. Took it back inside and the person at the counter said oh the sandwich was warm, but the cheese was not even soft. This place is a joke. I do not recommend this place for anyone. read more

They always have signs for items they don't have. Apparently they are always out of cheese and curly fries with chili but if you order A burger with cheese a taco with cheese and curly fries individually they have it? It's a sad day to be a fat person. Someone help. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. To start we ordered a grilled chicken sandwich plain, fries, drink, 4 tacos and a small drink. Paid and sat down. The young lady came out to our table and asked for the receipt, a few minutes later she came back out and said that the chicken sandwich was rang in wrong and we owed more money?????? I went up to the counter and spoke with a young lady that I assume was in charge as she said the manager had just left. She stated that I owed another two dollars. I could not believe that she wanted me to pay for their mistake. The two dollars was not the issue, it is the princple. I asked for a refund and she gave it. There was zero care for customer service. She was more worried about getting in trouble if she didn't collect the two dollars, therefore she was more than happy to refund the money. Later on I looked at the receipt and noticed that they had charged for a chicken sandwich [no chicken party, plain]. So I was paying for a bun. I, on occasion, will stop at this Jack in the Box after having lunch at another well-known established burger joint on Academy (the one with outside seating but no restroom), and before heading back home in Fresno. I've never eaten here and never will. It's bad enough now that the bathrooms are unisex, you might find pee on the toilet and/or floor (males are often careless when they dribble), but worst than that --on this visit there was no soap in the restroom on the left. I'm going to assume the two restrooms off the dining area are also used by the employees who are suppose to wash their hands after using the restroom facilities. If you get sick after eating at the Sanger Jack in the Box, you now know why. read more

Fast and friendly service with attention to detail. This Jack in the Box has made me rethink the other fast food joints and made me keep an eye out for frequenting the clown more often. I'm really digging on the $6 Munchie Meals. Good size for a good price. read more

This location might as well be famous for having the worlds worst manager. Somehow she's always yelling her head off whenever I'm at the window. How embarrassing to treat teenagers that way in front of customers. I had 2 cousins work here who quit specifically because of how awful she is. I believe them now that I saw how she acts. This is a entry level job for teenagers, not the military. It's a shame she hasn't been fired after the Sanger Facebook group chat had a whole 300 comment post about how abusive she's been. Someone said she threw a headset at them & another one said she encourages employees to bully new workers. It's a shame the district manager hasn't been contacted bc Rosa sure as hell isn't doing anything about it. read more

Horrible experience. Waited over 30-minutes in line before I left. There were 4-cars in front of me when I got there. 3 were still in front of me when I left. The 6 cars behind me all left. If I owned this business i'd fire everyone and start over. The doors are not open because of covid. All they have to run is the drive-thru and can't seem to manage that. Unless you have an excessive amount of time and gas to waste you should try another restaurant. This one is the worst I've ever seen. Note to the owner - you should visit you store more often and get rid of the employees who are ruining your business. read more

I am very disappointed in my lunch experience. No marinara for the mozzarella sticks, no sweet and sour for the egg rolls, no ketchup for the fries, burnt onion rings! I called to complain and was told to come back for these items; however, I explained I was already back at work from my lunch break. I was then told that she would tell the cashier to make sure to ask if people want sauce or "just throw them in the bag". And this helps me how? I really like the food at jack in the box and I can say it's one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this place I'd say has a problem with staff well at least with one person in the drive through specifically(receipt says Erika). Many times I've gotten the same girl at the drive through that always seems to have a bad attitude like she absolutely hates her job. I don't want to be rude but many times we've had things happen. One of my favorite sodas isn't available in a can or a bottle but it is in the fountain machine with all the different soda options, so I always take the chance to ask for it and every time I ask for it the drive through girl has an attitude about it. I'm sorry for asking for my preferred soda but you have it available so I'm going to ask for it. I've had many times where she asks what sauces I want and I always say just ketchup to get home and find a bunch of random sauces, none that I asked for. I ordered chicken and fries and asked for ketchup. What do I get? 10 packets of taco sauce, like really? At that point it's a big middle finger. Not only that but the fries were way over salted to the point it made me pucker, and that's saying a lot since I enjoy a lot of salt...and I found a random burnt piece of chicken. This has happened many times, I've had 4 different people order the same thing to see if I got a different reaction or service and all the same. This employee always has an attitude and is upright rude. If there was another jack in the box in town I'd go there but there isn't so I don't have much of a choice.
