We made time to stop by for breakfast at the Blossom Trail Cafe! We visited on a Thursday after 9:00a.m.. Found it to be pleasantly calm with the dining area at about 75% capacity. We were able to choose our own booth. The staff was very friendly, kind and attentive. The food was amazingly delicious! Everything was fresh and well seasoned. Hubby gave his meal a 9.5/10. Hash browns could have been a bit crispier. My breakfast burrito had just the right spice and the meat was so so tender. I requested the scrambled eggs on a separate plate. I ate 1/4 of the giant burrito with the eggs and enjoyed every bite! My plate was a 10/10! We're so happy with Blossom Trail Cafe, only wish they'd stay open a bit later in the day! read more

I had the pastrami omelet (2 egg "senior" size) with hashbrowns and sourdough toast. The omelet was delicious and the hashbrowns were crispy and perfectly cooked. Service was very slow but it was very busy and they only had a couple wait staff working...it was a Tuesday at 11am so not sure if they are usually that busy or not. Great diner in a very out of the way location. Was in my way to an event up by the King River and this was a great place to stop before finishing up the drive. I sat outside on the patio which was ok, just needed some more staff to help keep up on cleaning tables. Overall great place to eat. Maybe just make sure you are not in a rush as I was. Wait times can be long, but they don't rush their customers. They're very busy! I always enjoy their breakfast. My only knock on my last visit was the berry waffle. It's still yummy, but I was a bit disappointed how the fresh fruit was swapped out for something similar to a strawberry sauce you would find on an ice cream sundae. It may be cost effective but they used to be my most favorite waffles. Please bring that fresh quality back! :) The whipped cream was piled so high that I got a spoonful of butter with a bite, lol. The pancakes were fluffy and flavorful, the crepe was just right, and the cinnamon roll French toast was a nice surprise -- indulgent without being overly sweet. Mimosas were also a highlight, well-balanced and refreshing. The rest of the food was decent but unremarkable. Eggs, bacon, and the Denver omelet were all standard fare and could've used more seasoning -- everything lacked salt and depth of flavor across the board. Service was friendly, though quite slow, likely due to how busy it was. Blossom trail outing went well and lunch time was spent at the Blossom trail Cafe. This place is definitely a Mom & Pop hole in the wall place definitely a special place for the locals. Staff were very hospitable and attentive. Food service was different. There were plenty of waiters but still had to wait a bit for someone to finally wait on us. I have been meaning to try this place. I was finally in the area and decided to stop in. They were extremely busy. We were offered to sit in the patio area (it was foggy and cold). The gentleman who was helping us stated he would turn on the heaters and we could check it out to decide. It was enclosed which actually made it really warm. I was worried we would be forgotten since we were the only table outside. However, the staff was on it and helped us promptly. The food was hot and came out quick. Everything was good. The food and service was good, but the place could use some TLC. We were seated at a booth, and the backs of these booths look like they have been washed in years. There were so many stains we didn't want to lean back. They have typical diner food, and we weren't too hungry so we decided to split a sandwich. It was very good, and they were nice enough to serve it on 2 plates and gave us each a side of coleslaw. We had the sourdough turkey club with pesto mayo and it was very fresh and delicious. The avocados and pesto mayo really enhanced the sandwich. And it was plenty large enough for sharing with our order of fries, which were also very good. We put my name down on the waitlist (which stated that all parties must be present prior to seating). I loved everything about this small restaurant. Totally got the oldie diner vibes going on. Many customers must have been regulars and family. It was busy but we got seated within minutes. After ordering, we promptly got our food. We ordered the omelette and a turkey croissant sandwich with fries. I totally forgot to take pictures because we both were starving after our morning exploration. Today he had the steak & eggs with wheat toast & tea I had chili verde & eggs over easy with a mimosa & I wanted another but the waitress was already in a hurry to give us the check.We usually always get good service but today not to good.The waitress we had was to rushy & seemed a lil rude. I know it was getting close to closing & she probably wanted to leave but don't act like that with customers that are still eating.The other ladies don't do that. The ambiance is still the same which is ok has a decent outdoor seating which is good. They have heaters for winter & fans for summer & is good for groups. I really don't like doin not to good yelps but I'm gonna say it how it is so other yelpers & people in general can be on look out. I know I do & appreciate it!
