They charge you for using your credit card. Ok, if that's your policy, you should let people know first that there's an extra charge. The sandwiches are good, albeit expensive and they forgot O&V on one sandwich. Plus, I was expecting more than two slivers of avocado for $1.50, stingy! I really don't understand why a sandwich is the same price as a hamburger & fries at the adjacent restaurant. Those French dips are the best in Sanger! Garlic fries are equal to Pismo Beach. Great staff, get it go , never a bad me When it's hot outside just have a loaded turkey sandwich. read more

First off I have to say this Deli D has the friendliest staff I've even seen. I've been to many DD and this place has to top it for customer service. Our sandwiches were made perfectly and made very fast. Even though we were there at lunch time the place wasn't loud so we were still able to have a conversation and hear each other. read more

I just ordered from here, and everything was good. Sandwich was ok, staff was great. My only issue here, which caused this to be a 3 star review and not 5 stars, was that the cucumbers in my sandwich had such a weird and bitter taste -- NOT something cucumbers taste like at all. It was so bad, I spit that out immediately. It tasted like chemicals. Not good. i hope they check the cucumbers for taste if they get to read this through. I'm now hesitant to eat the cucumbers from the other half of my sandwich. read more

We ordered a tuna, avocado & cheese sandwich and we received our oder to go in a bag & left. Husband was not happy to find they made him a turkey sandwich. We didn't get a receipt. We repeated our order several times as she was also using 2nd register, not sure why. We will have to now open bags, boxes, etc, to see if order is correct. read more

Very good samiches!! Almost reminds you of a delicatessen in presentation.. each visit has been satisfying, you know exactly what to expect from Deli Delishes, good samiches that are a bit pricey. Ingredients have always been fresh, meats veggies & breads.. I'm a sucker for Hot Pastrami sandwiches however, Deli Delishes does have an inviting and ez to navigate menu that allows one to be bold and try new things!! Soups are delishes too. I rated them 4-stars bcuz they are better than Zubway but not quite Ssms Delicatessen (Fresno, CA) if ya digg.. read more

I usually always get the turkey and bacon and avocado sandwich, although I have tried wraps and a salad or 2 - it's my favorite . Can't forget the beer battered fries. Service is great but have a horrible app that needs updating when you order online always a struggle. Ambiance - its clean and relaxing vibe. Usually quiet. I hope they fix their online issues. read more

Solid as usual. They were a little busy as they were in the middle of their lunch rush but that didn't seem to slow down their service at all. They were certainly fast, friendly and efficient. One of the employees even took my dirty trays and disposed of them himself. Nice. I order a small 43 (the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich) and an order of their amazing Beer Battered Fries. Both were as close to perfect as I believe you can get. There was a nice amount of Buffalo Sauce without being too messy and the fries were deep fried perfection. You cannot go wrong eating here. read more

In Sanger probably one of the best places to get a sandwich and salad the price is a little bit more than a competitor but well worth every penny the sandwiches are stacked with meat and veggies not like The other competitors everything is super fresh and tasty and their fries are crispy and moist I would recommend anybody to at least go try one other sandwiches and I will return read more

Really good sandwiches. Ingredients always fresh. Favorite lunch spot whenever I don't want fast food.

This place was really amazing! Food was excellent and we were happy to see the vegan options! The service may have been the best part though - they gave me a sandwich recommendation that turned out to be perfect for me (turkey avocado with sprouts) and also brought our food to our car. These are people that really care about their customers overall experience! read more

Deli Delicious - This is only half of my sandwich because I didn't think about a photo until the other half was gone but it was so greasy! - Sandwiches Near Me - Sanger, California

While the sandwiches are good their curbside service is a joke! Placed an online order for my hubby to pick up on his way home during his lunch break. When he got there he checked in a few minutes before the order was due to be ready. After waiting for more than 10 minutes he went inside to find the order on the counter and the fries were not even ready. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from this location again. read more

First their online wasn't working to place proper orders and the young man who answered argued with me about. All I called for was to do a phone order and let them know it wasn't working. Than after we get home with our order, we noticed our French dip sauce was missing. That's the whole point to the sandwich and they couldn't even remember to place it with the order. I'll definitely stick to Clovis and Kings Canyon, cause I've noticed with this Sanger one it's always one thing or another. read more

Hi Deli Delicious, today is 8/20/21 and I came on Yelp not to ask for a refund but better training for your employees. Forgive me but I didn't get any names. But I ordered online today at 5:57pm tri tip bbq sauce and Mayo sandwich. But I'm sad to say I tasted more mayonnaise spread out over the whole sandwich when I did the Guap of barbecue sauce in the middle. I did not leave the store until almost 645 I believe it was six fortyish. Yes they were people already sitting down waiting but what is the point of ordering online almost 40 minutes prior and still going to the restaurant and waiting? I came on yelp to leave a review and I noticed that over two years ago I almost left the same kind of review.. so nothing has changed in two yrs. read more

I have been to this Deli D three days straight now.... shows you how much I love the food and service. The wait time has been reasonable. A few times I've just called in before and it makes the wait time even shorter. They have the option to order online now too which makes it even better! The service has been amazing, they're always checking up on you and making sure everything is to order. I'm giving it a 4 because yesterday when getting my drink they didn't have any tops out for the regular sized cups. Also, the area to get a soda is a very crowded corner. Other than that, everything is GREAT! So happy this place opened! read more

So it's COVID and I'm trying really hard to support my local business. I put my order in just before 12 pm, got to the location and didn't get my order until 30 minutes later, even though the site said 15 minutes. I think what bothered me the most was the cashier told me she was going to bag my order but left and never came back. The second cashier told me my order was next so I waited. Then cashier one came out to clean tables while my order sat on the counter with other online orders. Finally I heard the older lady say that my order was done already and THEN the cashier got my order from the rest. Why tell me 15 minutes and why let my order sit? My fries and sandwiches were cold. The 2 stars are for getting the orders correct but they really need to be honest with the time. That was half my lunch time and I still had to drive back. Deli Delicious you can do better. read more

I think they changed owners or they are just shady!! I had ordered a full size of beer battered fries today. The bag was half full. I can't imagine how many fries u would get if it was a half order...mmmmm 3 pieces!! Smh....I had to order 3 orders just to fill up 1 bag. read more

I often order by phone for pick up around lunch time. We always get great service and food.

Really good place. Beer battered fries are the best! Highly recommend you try them! Wait time was a bit slow but it's understandable considering I went around 12 for lunch. Would give a 5 if it wasn't for another sandwich place that's better. But I'll leave them out of this. You can look at my reviews to see what place I'm talking about. Please try the beer battered fries though! read more

Somewhere between a Subway and Togo's as far as food quality. $9 salad was disappointing. Sparse, thin slices of chicken breast were curling up on the edge because they were drying out. I really don't need 5 gherkins in a salad. Staff was very polite and attentive. Did try their best to wipe down tables during busy lunch hour. Clean bathroom. Nice young professional crowd. read more

Always have a pleasant experience at Deli Delicious. I ordered my hot sandwich, came out fast and great! They ask for you name for the order, but if not too busy they will actually bring it out to you! Think that is a pretty cool personal touch. Sandwiches are pretty pricy than a usual sandwich but they truly are delicious and worth the extra buck. This location is always nice, friendly, and clean. Thanks for a great sandwich and service, keep up the great work Deli D. read more

This place is the only deli I eat at in Sanger. Deli D is everywhere in Fresno but this spot is always on point. The little guy behind the counter is awesome, he has a beard but I still think he's got to be no more then 20 years old. I can tell it's a family run operation because an older lady works most of the time. Good thing because she puts motherly love in each sandwich. If you're in Sanger, come in for a sandwich and beer battered fries. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. I LOVE Deli D! Went in for lunch today & waited in line for 10 minutes, to be expected around 11:30AM. No big deal. Got to the counter gave my order & was literally turned away because the girl said they had a big order & were too busy. She didn't ask me to wait a minute, nada. Was super bummed. Will not go back to this Deli Delicious. BUMMER! read more

Leave it to Sanger to have a Deli Delicious that messes things up. Seems to be a pattern here in town with franchises. Had a 21, bland, and worst of all they missed the avocado. As a matter of fact all 4 sandwiches were missing the avocado. Family said the same, sandwiches were bland. We ordered the beer battered fries and the regular fries. Both were bland. Other than the cut, the flavor profile was identical. Oh and just like the other trend in town, no napkins. UPDATE Owner from Deli Delicious reached out. Went back today and I must say everything was as expected. Maybe the first visit was a bad day for them. I would go back and recommend. read more
