It was 2 sopes with chorizo tomato cheese avocado an egg and onion. It was delicious! I had cafe de olla and it was so yummy. Lastly on our way out, they had a cafe inside where you could walk up and order coffee and pastries. This is such a great idea! I decided to order some pasties to go. The pricing is very reasonable. All in all, I highly recommended this restaurant!

I made sure to confirm this substitution was available before placing my order. After drinking it, I became concerned that my substitution had not been applied, so I tried to contact the store. It took multiple calls to reach a manager, but once I did, they acknowledged that a new employee had likely made a mistake and apologized. Although it was difficult to get in touch with someone, I appreciate their willingness to hear my concerns and their attempts to rectify the situation. When I returned to the store for the agreed-upon refund, however, the experience became frustrating. The manager, Aubrey, initially attempted to refund me for a less expensive drink and seemed unwilling to believe me when I explained what I had paid. I clarified that I was not seeking reimbursement for the tip, only the agreed-upon refund for my purchase. Her tone felt irritated and dismissive throughout the interaction. Fortunately, I still had my receipt with me and was able to verify the correct amount. Mistakes happen, and I appreciate that the store acknowledged the possibility of an error. What disappointed me most was how the refund was handled. I left feeling that my concerns were met with skepticism rather than understanding. Additionally, on a completely separate side note, while I was there, I noticed a customer had a dog inside the café. When I first visited with my friend, we had her dog with us and we were told dogs were only welcome on the patio because they had an open kitchen. So it was unexpected to see this dog inside and drinking from a reusable customer water cup provided by Peace on Earth. The inconsistency in enforcing store policies was surprising. I hope the business uses this as an opportunity to improve employee training and customer service.

5 STARS -- FERNANDO IS A GEM I don't usually leave reviews, but Fernando 1000% deserves this shout-out!! From the moment we sat down, he made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. He was super friendly, patient, and honestly just had the best vibe -- like the kind of energy that makes your whole meal better. He checked on us at all the right times, made sure our drinks stayed full, got every part of the order right, and even threw in a few jokes that had us laughing. You could tell he actually cared and wasn't just going through the motions. We left full and happy, but it was Fernando who really made it memorable. If you get the chance to have him as your server, consider yourself lucky. Denny's, y'all better hang on to him -- he's a real one!! Thanks again, Fernando!! You seriously made our day. read more

Honestly we went to Dennys because the restaurant we were originally going to go to was closed, but I'm so glad we went. Immediately Sarah was so nice and hospitable. Very friendly and helpful and shared with me in detail where she got her earrings when I asked :) the restauran was clean and the interior looked new. It was fun watching the animal channel tOo and having a break from sports and the news. The manager (?) was attentive and nice as well. The food was so delicious and cooked very well. Pictured is a Cali club, 55+ chicken fried steak, and sizzlin spicy chicken. Enjoyed our time here and were served quickly. Every time we come here... and I mean like 5 times in the last two years... the service has been HORRIBLE. The waiter doesn't write down our order, and forgets something without fail. This trip, we didn't even have silverware at our table. I would say they are just understaffed, but there are 4 employees laughing in a corner while 1 employee runs around crazy busy. Currently, we are the only table still in the area, haven't received a check or had our plates cleared, and there are at least 3 other tables that need to be cleared. I'm done coming here. It's not a one time occurrence. This place just continuously has bad service. read more

My husband and I stopped at this Denny's in Provo while on a long drive, and we had one of the friendliest dining experiences ever. We had our dog, Kona, with us, and because the restaurant wasn't busy, the staff allowed her to come in with us. Our server, Avery, was outstanding. She brought Kona a bowl of water the moment we sat down and later offered to have a chicken breast cooked just for her. Gestures like that are rare and so appreciated. We came in at 11:30 after a long, hard day of serving food at a scholarship ball. Lizzy was quick to come to our table and help us right away. She went above and beyond, giving us a pitcher of water to use at our convenience, and made our stay quite enjoyable. Although we learned the sad news that they no longer sell spaghetti, she helped us pick out the right food perfect for our taste buds; like delicious buttermilk pancakes, crunchy hash browns, and dunky eggs.
