Food was good but sat under the heat lamp so long that my over-easy eggs were cooked solid.

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. We were sat about 15 mins after arriving only to sit at our table for 15 more mins to order. Drinks and food were order at the same time however 2 drinks came before the other 3. We ordered a grilled cheese with tomato soup but when THE REST of the food was done our server decided to tell us the soup wasn't ready and if we wanted to change the order. So we changed it to a French toast which she said OKAY to, but then came back 5 mins later to drop off syrup and when asked if that French toast could have all bacon and no sausage she looked at us confused and said she only had 1 order of the French toast and didn't know we wanted 1 more. So she then told us it would be fast since there are no orders in front of that yet it took 15 mins to receive it. If you are hungry just drive a little further to another restaurant, this dennys is not worth your time. read more

This is the place to go if you want SLOW... We arrived at 9:10 am and we were seated at a booth with a ripped seat. It took 1 hour for us to get our food and there weren't more than 6 other tables occupied. When the food arrived it was warm at best. There was only 2 wait staff. I don't know what the hold up was but we were not impressed. We were here for dinner on Sunday night and were given someone else's order by mistake. That visit took over 1 1/2 hours and at the end of the meal we were given the wrong bill. IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE NEGATIVE (-5 Stars) I would. I usually don't like leaving bad reviews as I am a server and understand wait times but what I experienced tonight was ridiculous. We ordered our food around 10:40 pm it is now 12:03 and I am still waiting on our takeout order. We were told there's 2 big parties ahead of us so it will be a 30 min wait, acceptable. After about 50 min we asked for an update and a server told us ours is next. After another 20 min I asked again and someone else said he will go check. We over heard him talking to the kitchen that it's been marked but the food is not out. We still have no update on how long it'll be until our order is complete but just that half our order is done. Not acceptable at all. Updating my review- finally got my food after receiving each item one at a time. No bacon in my omelette and no avocado for mine or my boyfriends after paying for it. We ate here 5 times this week as it's one of the better options in town for consistently getting good food. We came to rely on it and so far haven't been disappointed with food quality. Off menu special: Banana Split - if Clayton is working make sure to order the banana split - it's freaking awesome, massive, and only $4.99 Food: I am seriously impressed at the quality of the food we received here (yes, I know it's Dennys). I have to commend the local cook staff as they consistently made anything we ordered great. I realize this is denny's but even you'd admit there's variations between stores. These cooks do it great. Service: go early and off-peak, like 5-6a or 4p or 9p. People move slowly here but they're caring, polite, thorough but it takes time. Adjust your expectations and be nice. If you're clear in your order you'll be happy with what you get. Note: they will not seat more people than they can serve based on the speed of the kitchen. This is to ensure you're not sitting at the table for unreasonable amounts of time and then leaving after you've got drinks and failing to pay (it just makes a mess and slows things down even more). It's worth the wait but it seems to be a regular frustration in the comments below. Saw it first hand and felt the same way but I learned as we went more often. read more

Two meals, cooked perfectly to order, and friendly service, (less than $30!) what more can you ask for, especially when every other place in town had a 20 minute or longer wait!! Thank you Denny's!! Lived the new signature chorizo burger, served keto style, perfect!! The side salad was good and a hearty portion. Good Breakfast Specials and Odd Staff Food: 4 starts for food and price. The breakfast specials were good and got the inner animals fed before our adventures. Good prices on some easy breakfast to get you on your way help start the day off the right way. Cleanliness: 3 stars for clean... Not super filthy, but not looking or feeling very clean either. Service: 2 stars for service! I read lots of rough reviews before coming here and the service does earn it... The people working here for the most part don't want to be there and they transfer it to the customers who then don't want to be there either. I was pretty surprised since other Denny's locations usually have much more happy staff! Maybe they forgot they live off tips and should make people like them so they get more tips! Some of the staff is playing around in the lobby and ignored customers even when you try to be polite and say hello.... From a business owner to a business... New management is needed here. Leadership is always responsible for who they hire and if they don't fire. Whoever the manager was last month when I was there really doesn't know how to manage people! read more

I came here for breakfast with a group of 5 people since we were visiting Page. We ordered the Strawberry Pancake Puppies, 2 Meat Lovers Slams, and 2 omelettes. The Meat Lover Slam was a good deal for $5.99 - (3 bacon, 3 sausage, 2 pancakes, 2 eggs). The strawberry pancake puppies had no strawberries in it. The food overall was okay, average fast food. However, the service was definitely mediocre and very slow. You have to constantly ask for things or they will never bring it. I had ordered the veggie omelette and they forgot to bring the whole wheat toast that came with it. A one hour meal turns into a two hour meal very easily. The place wasn't even that busy since it was 7am in the morning. Luckily, we were not in a rush. I would not come back, probably go to any other fast food place in the area. read more

We were seated almost immediately upon arriving. Thomas was our server and he was great. Very attentive and made sure we got hot coffee and food. Our breakfast came out pretty fast....omelettes and red skin potatoes. It's clean, social distancing is enforced and masks are required. When I was here it appeared to be run entirely by women. A girl with purple hair and so on. The customers appeared to be exclusively native americans. None of those waitresses deserve to be in service industry and should be fired. They have no manners, no basic courtesy and appeared to treat their customers with disdain. Not to mention like everyone has pointed out this place is as slow as sleepy joe running in 100 m sprint. My grandma would be faster than these m0rons. It is also no clear why they are slow as there were only two tables occupied and only 1 person waiting for doordash delivery. We had to come here because nothing else was open in this town at 8am on a Tuesday. Worst service ever. Half the restaurant was closed they were only seating half. Had to wait twenty min to even get a host to speak to us to put us on a list. There were soo many groups of four and six waiting, and we were just a group of two I asked if we could sit at the bar section where there's just two chairs .... So as I save the booths and tables for bigger parties. The host was rude and said "no there's people waiting in front of you". I was like yea but none of them will be sitting in just two chairs. Sure enough when she did seat us she sat us at a table that could seat four. How purely dumb!!! Now we're taking up a table bigger than we need and I felt bad for the groups of four who could have sat here but instead have to wait cuz the staff is straight up stupid. Then it took another forty min for our food to come out. I ordered asking for a to go box and the check to be brought out when the food is. Otherwise I anticipated another hour on top of everything. I can't believe that you are still in business at this location. A friend and I went for breakfast last saturday. There were 2 other cars in the parking lot. When we came in the waiter asked "how many"? I said "2". He said that is would be a while because he was by himself, and he already had other tables. I asked about how long, and he replies, that he didn't know. I then asked what his quess was, 30 minutes? An hour? He said closer to an hour. We went ahead and sat down, just to have some coffee. After 15 minutes with no coffee, we left. This is the first time that I have said anything about the service at this restaurant, but it is the 4th time we have been treated this way. A couple of weeks ago, we had breakfast at a Denny's in Ely Nevada, and it was great. It's got to be costing you more money to keep the door open, and the lights on, than you are making from sales! I guess there is some truth to the local adage, "Page, AZ...Where restaurants come to die"! I think yours is already dead, but just haven't figured it out yet. read more

After that it took almost 15 minutes for us to be asked for our drinks and meal, it then took another half an hour for them to bring out our drinks with no meal in sight. After waiting for another 40 minutes they brought out our food that was cold soggy and not even cooked fully, we called the waiter over to complain and got no sympathy. There are a few other options in this small town when you want breakfast but sometimes its good to go with what you known, especially when you're in a big group. Easy to get indoor seating and just relax with a familiar menu. This Denny's was clean from the bathrooms to the tables. Their service was ok. Although it wasn't a busy time I felt like our server was in a huge rush for whatever reason. The food there was standard and as you would expect. The pictures are nicer than the actual food you get and it never taste as good as you think it sounds like it should. All in all I enjoyed mine time here. Would leave zero stars if possible. Sat down with our party of 4 at 10:30am on a Tuesday morning. It's off season here in Page so there weren't very many people in the restaurant. Our waitress took our order at 10:40. Three large parties were seated after she took our order. Then we notice our waitress walk out into the parking lot, get in her car and leave. We wait. And wait. And wait. It's been 45 minutes and we notice all three large parties have gotten their food before us. Then we notice our waitress get out of her car and walk back into the restaurant with a small child. She talks with the hostess for a minute and then leaves again. Now I'm figuring out that our order was probably never even put in to the cook. I find another waitress and explain that it's been an hour now since we placed our order, she apologizes and says she'll be right over to take our order again. We then watch her seat 3 more parties. Take food out to 3 other tables and still doesn't even glance our way. I had to go wave her down to say we are leaving and need to pay for our drinks. She told us to just leave! Dang I'm an easy going and very patient person. But we stood and waited 10 min to be seated and it was mostly empty except for 3 families in the back. The food and service in the middle was good, but the waitress left the receipt and then ditched us to go to the bathroom for seemingly 20 min. We really wanted a dessert menu but ditched that idea because we didn't want to wait even longer. I had to go up to the counter and yell "hello!" About 5x to even get a to-go box. I know she was gone a long time because I had to wait 5 min to pay for my check. It's fine if the place was busy but it was not. By the time I left only one other family was sitting down. I do not recommend this Denny's location. I am a frequent go-er of Denny's. Love getting some eggs and bacon after a work out! But I went here on my birthday (I know, I know) and had the worst experience. It took well over 10 minutes to get our drink order, then another 10 minutes for the waters to come. Our food some how came before the people behind us, who were there long before us? Everything was very unorganized and it was a horrible experience. But it gets worse... we discovered there were these tiny bugs ALL over the table. Once even jumped (or climbed - I'm not sure) on our plate! It was very disgusting and I was very shocked. I tried to reach out to the regional manager but never got a reply via email so I'm not sure if they care about or not. But just a warning, don't go here! This has got to be the worse Dennys I have ever been to in my life!!!!! Be warned fellow family's on trips, the server is way below standard, sure the people were nice. However don't let this deceive you!! They took 2 hours to sit me and my family down, even thought the restaurant was empty and after we sat no one severed us an hour in. Usual me and my family don't mind waiting long times for food but we notice how the staff was just standing around on there cell phones! That was the last straw for us so we left!!! Then when he brings another drink, he says, "Here's your bug-free drink." First of all, don't make sarcastic comments. Second, as a manager, you need to portray professionalism at all times.
