Pizza was fresh, hot and delicious. But even better was how patient the mgr was in training his new employee.

Great service. They were timely and prompt. Couldn't ask for anything more from a chain pizza restaurant.

The place is huge, but we were seated and served very quickly. The seating isn't the comfiest but there is plenty. Long tables, hug bar, arcade games, and a merch area. We ordered a couple beers (the pickle beer was legit), the carnivore pizza, and the cheese curds. All really good. The self serve water and soda is convenient too. Now our second visit made me love this place. The reunion was 30 family members on two house boats on Powell for a week. We had to preload those boats and by the time that chaos was done, us 'youngins' were beat and needed drinks and food. Sadly, we showed up at 8p, the kitchen was closed, and they close at 830p. But, we were able to order a round, sit on the patio, AND they let us deliver food to eat out there! We would have loved to eat their food but for them to be that flexible was awesome. We'll definitely visit again, next time we're in town.

Service was good, the beer was solid, and the cocktails hit the mark. A nice bonus: you can grab their beer and canned cocktails to go, making it a great stop whether you're staying awhile or stocking up for later.

We decided on Gone West Family Restaurant based on their solid reviews and we thought that American food (especially with a Western theme) would be the way to go. When in Rome! We stopped by on a Saturday evening for dinner. Parking is easy in the complimentary lot they share with several other businesses including a Chinese restaurant right next door. Ambiance (4.5/5): Pretty much what I was hoping for. Gone West is a spacious restaurant with one large dining room and another large dining room. The difference? The one in the back has a stage where they play live music. So, if you want a quieter atmosphere, choose the first room. If you want to enjoy some live music while you dine and drink, choose the back room. We sat in the back room. A band played various covers while we were there which we enjoyed. The decor is also awesome with a lot of Western and country decor including John Wayne, Johnny Cash, and more. Service (4/5): The hostess was super nice and accommodating which was a nice way to kick off the experience. Our waiter was pretty solid. He could have stopped by a little more frequently, but overall, did quite well. Drinks (4/5): I went with an Arnold Palmer (they only had pink lemonade unfortunately) so not a lot to right home about. With that being said, they have a decent beer list and several cocktails. Food (5/5): I went with the Chicken fried steak sandwich with spiral fries. CFS on a sandwich?! I couldn't say no. Country fried steak is one of my favorite Southern dishes, but I've never had it on a sandwich before. Check out their concept: breaded steak on a bed of mashed potatoes topped with green onions, gravy, and a fried egg with your choice of side. This was a great sammie! It was quite messy, but given how delicious it was, I didn't mind. The fries were delicious too, and it was a generous portion. The type of portion where you can easily have leftovers. Everything I was hoping for and more in this dining experience. While the food options in Page aren't vast (and as impressive as larger cities), Gone West should be at the top of your list!

If you have a sweet tooth, the margaritas are incredible. My favorite was the **cucumber and mango margarita** from the margarita flight--it was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The **aguachiles** were outstanding. I'm very picky about aguachiles because I take pride in making authentic ones myself, and I rarely order them at restaurants. These absolutely exceeded my expectations and were packed with fresh, vibrant flavor. For my entrée, I had the **Fiesta Combination Plate** with a shredded beef chimichanga and chicken flautas. Everything was delicious. The rice was flavorful, though the beans weren't my favorite--but honestly, that's a minor detail compared to how great the rest of the meal was. The service was top-tier from start to finish. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience even better. Overall, this is a fantastic place for authentic Mexican cuisine in Arizona. I highly recommend it and will definitely be coming back!

Nothing that really stood out. The wood fired pizza was undercooked. My husband had the buffet and said the line rib and wings were good but the rest, eh... Service was ok, though not especially memorable. We had a coupon we forgot to give the server before she rang it up and she wouldn't re-ring the sale and give us the discount. Disappointing. Would I stop again? For the scenery, probably. It's worth grabbing a table just to soak in those incredible lake views. Sometimes the view is the star of the meal, and today it definitely stole the show.

Incredible ambience, starting with parking up top and being driven down in one of the many motorized carts they have running 24/7. The views are breathtaking!!! But the important part that we need to get to-food and service. We went twice. Each time, great servers! Ruby and Autumn were attentive without being overbearing. Our food came out quickly. Night one, we had the flank steak with some fancy espresso cheese and hot honey, gyros, and the sliders. Second visit for lunch, we had the fish tacos, a Caesar salad with steak, and (my favorite!!!) the blackberry steak salad with goat cheese and all kinds of deliciousness. There were things that I would probably take a star off for--but not from the restaurant. The restrooms are outside the restaurant, and for a place that's pretty dang high end, one would expect that they would have been cleaned at least once during the day and toilet paper refilled instead of sitting in the stall on the floor (first visit) or stuffed in with the toilet seat covers (second visit). I did ask about it, and apparently there is a cleaning crew that takes care of that and they aren't affiliated with the restaurant at all--so definitely not going to hold it against the restaurant! Go. Get some of Jaden's specialty cocktails and that blackberry steak salad. Then take a boat tour of the lake and enjoy some incredible views. You won't regret it!!!
