Once inside, things took a turn for the better. My husband ordered the meatball calzone, which he rated an 8.5/10 -- huge portion and packed with flavor. I ordered a small pizza and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was -- great crust, flavorful sauce, and just the right amount of cheese. The service was friendly, and the inside is quaint and clean, giving it that cozy, small-town Italian feel. Despite the late start, the food and atmosphere definitely made up for it. We'd go back -- maybe just a few minutes later next time! Would have given 4 stars if they had opened on time - and not 20-25 minutes late.
