I would rate them zero if I could. Went for dinner at 8:30. Stood waiting to be seated for 8 minutes. No one even acknowledged that we were there. We left and went over to the DAM Bar & Grill. They have top notch service. We will not bother with the Dennys in Page ever again. read more

We had a good lunch. They have a sign that they are understaffed so patience is key. Our food was good and abundant. There seems to be only 2 or 3 waitresses again, be patient, we know they are doing their best under the conditions. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Staff here is inattentive and service completely lacking in every way. It was only 9:30pm eith the place practically empty except for 3 tables. This is our experience. We were seated at a dirty table for one. We never had anyone come out to the floor for over 20 mins after food was dropped off. Floor was empty for over 15 mins without a single person to give us our check. I should have just walked out without paying for the crappy meal. Go get something else even if you're hungry. I've been a long time Denny's patron and even ate at a Canadian Denny's restaurant when we went to Alberta last year. This particular Denny's restaurant is the worst branch I've ever set my foot into and mistakenly chose it to spend my $40+ for a late dinner. Convenience wise, this Denny's branch is perfect coz it's a stone's throw away from the hotel we were staying. Unfortunately, convenience vs. satisfaction became an issue -- this place is being run by incompetent people. The server we had was so-so -- he took our orders without using any pen and paper, his clothes need to be laundered - he looked like a construction worker who just left the site and continued on being a server. He got our orders "okay", but - he didn't give us any utensils... Here's the bad part - the soup I received in a "bowl" (which costs more than the cup sized portion), was too little of a serving! I said something about it and he came back with a cup of the same soup. I poured it into the same bowl I ate at, and it contained MORE than the one in the bowl, previously. He was considerate enough not to charge us for that ridiculousness. Then, I ordered the molten lava cake for dessert -- the vanilla ice cream that was supposed to be on top of the pastry was placed on the hot skillet and so the ice cream was half-melted already by the time it got to our table. The person who took my payment at the cashier's didn't look like she's an employee who works there. She was on her slippers and leggings and looked like another customer who posed as a cashier ‍ The restaurant was 95% empty and needs some serious cleaning. Overall, I'm giving it 1 out of 5 stars. The regional district manager should visit this branch and make some substantial changes -- from the cook, down to its maintenance crew. It's location is prime and a tourist spot and so its business will seriously prosper if this place could be managed well and taken care of. read more

We went in on April 2 about 5:00 pm. We waited for a while for server to acknowledge us. After asking how many, she proceeded to do other things. She came back and asked how many again. Then she left and cut up some bananas. After a third time of asking how many, we were seated after 9 minutes had passed. Grant you, there were only a few people in the restaurant and no one else was waiting to be seated. After another 10 minutes of no attention, we got up and left. They were probably understaffed but server had a bad attitude. I truly believe she wanted people to leave so she wouldn't have to work. This was the worst Denny's experience I have ever had. I can see why these guys have a low star review. The staff just ignores that you're standing there to be seated. Waited for 10+ minutes and no one was there to seat us and people just kept piling up out the door. I am honestly surprised that Dennys is even a chain anymore considering the reviews and lack of customers that they seem to have. I'm not saying that this place was the worst I've ever been in but there were several things that you just don't want to see as a patron. When we got there, there were two families ahead of us so a 15 minute wait. The Hostess, very soft spoken, had just come out of the restroom. Once we put our name on the list, we both went to the restroom. I didn't ask my hubs about his restroom but the ladies restroom was filthy. No toilet paper in one stall and the sink was soaking wet with the middle trash can overflowing. The Hostess just came out!!!! We get seated, ordered our food right off. Our waiter, male Indian, was nice but seemed to be interested in other stuff and very quick which meant that our order wasn't taken exactly correct. I saw another table have to come over and ask him for items that were not on the table (like seven silverware bundles) and he handed it to them without even looking up. Like rude? We got our food and the French toast was still mushy in the middle, the scrambled eggs were still runny. My hubs was like Nope! We didn't order anything else but ate what we could (the edges of the French toast that was cooked), the bacon and took the sausage to the dogs. This was probably it for Dennys for us. We've tried other Dennys, as we travel, but we will bypass Dennys from now on. It's really sad that quality and customer service has really gotten this low. read more

My sister and I were reluctant to patronize a chain restaurant. Upon entering, I see a sign indicating the items the restaurant is not serving due to supply! We were given a holiday menu with only a handful of breakfast options! Only one waitress was working who seemed to handle running the whole show herself despite a very rude "Karen" at a table adjacent ordering pouched eggs, "who does that?" She returned the hard-boiled eggs and, when the waitress returned with pouched eggs, declined them. My sister and I were pleased with our food. I loved the cinnamon crumb pancakes, which I ordered in place of my toast for an extra charge. I gave this Dennys three stars for convenience, Service and food. It was a waste of money & time coming here. Just as we parked someone comes out of the back of the restaurant, gets into a car with a couple people in it, sits there for a couple minutes, then goes back in to the back of the restaurant. My first red flag. The guy that waits on us looks like he just crawled out of bed after partying the night before. The soup we ordered was bland and the bowl wasn't even full. We complained and he was nice enough to bring us a cup more of soup at no charge. The cup had more soup in it than was in the bowl. My salad was disappointing. Looked nothing like the pictures. It had no cucumber slices and the chicken I ordered to go with it was a tiny portion. We ordered the lava cookie skillet. When it came to the table the 'cookie' was hard and most of the ice cream was melted. Our server dropped the liitle bowl of ranch dressing onto the floor and it broke. He said he'd bring another but never did. He cleaned up the broken bowl but didn't clean up the ranch dressing on the floor. The girl that cashed us out was wearing slippers with no indication she even worked there! What a clown show! I thought I was being punked! No group of employees could be this inept! Placed an online order and received message that it's ready. Drove to the place and it is not even in their kitchen. They are backed up and give absolutely no F about the customers waiting.
