I've came here mutiple time as I live around the neighborhood and I've never had such a great experience until today.Our server Keyly was very nice and attentive even for it being busy. If I could give minus stars I would. 4 people we got told sit anywhere you want. We did not have too many extra wishes as far as food order. Waiter writes everything down and the disaster begins. My husbands gravy was almost hard, my sausage was not switched with bacon, my ham was cold, my friend did not get ham or hash browns, no toast, my others friends sizzling plate was cold, so not sizzling. After telling the waiter what we need to get corrected, the manager comes out and says with an attitude if there is anything else that we can fix for you. I haven't been to this Denny's in a long time. Ten years ago the food and service wasn't that good so I stopped going. I have to say this visit I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great and the service was exceptional. My waitress was Bridgette. I have never had such excellent service. I didn't have to beg for every napkin and butter like most restaurants. I was so impressed. I believe the Manager is Christina. She was very kind and very professional. It truly takes a great leader to lead a great team. Kudos to the whole team. They helped each other, treated each other with respect and were all hard workers. Obviously they have a wonderful cook and let's face it none of them would be successful without the bus boys. Had a bad experience at this Denny's location on Christmas first off they ran out of food no big deal they didn't bring my sons food when asked for it I was told the food was more important then my hamburger was burnt on a medium well burger when I told the server about it I was brought a new bun and after I showed her she asked me if I wanted a new and I told no because we had already 2 hours for our food then we were supposed to be discounted for my burger and wasn't and even charged us for my kids food that's supposed to be free I never had this experience there and I eat there almost once a week read more

What can I say I love this denny's. After having being greeted at the front counter by the staff and sat down. I was greeted by Sam my waitress. She definitely brought the type of positivity we all could use and brought the energy I needed after a long work shift and starving stomach. She honestly has probably some of the best service and knowledge of the overall menu I've ever received. I came in not knowing what I wanted and asked her for her opinion on the matter. She gave me several options and I landed on a brand new menu item thanks to her wonderful suggestions. After having my food brought out which proceeded to absolutely hit the spot I was feeling a milkshake. Sam having checked on me and my meal multiple times got me. Told me she makes the best shakes so I said I'll have a chocolate Shake to finish it all off. It was fantastic and the extra little bit in the tin is always wonderful as well. I just want to thank Sam for brightening up my day after a long overnight shift bringing that positive energy and just being an absolute wonderful spirit that day. Service was good. But the food took forever to get here! I asked for a side broccoli and honestly they need to understand what a side of broccoli is! Then to top it off we asked for a fried egg and both times we got a hard scramble it took us describing what we wanted the egg to look like! And still that wasn't right!!! I ordered a skillet and requested no veggies including mushrooms and my first skillet was made with everything because the cooks were "busy" and didn't check the ticket right... a second skillet was made and they added mushrooms to it.... I was super disappointed and our server returned it... the server returned and I was told that the cook did not want to make a 3rd skillet because it was a waste of product so I had to option to chose something else or just get the skillet taken off the tab. I am always greeted with a smile, and my orders are always hot, on time, and most importantly, delicious. I came in on my lunch since I had extra time and wanted an actual meal instead of fast food. I expected to wait a ridiculous amount of time considering the fact that they were pretty busy, but they sat me pretty fast so that was great! My waitress came right to my table and got me my drink so fast I was surprised! I didn't know what to order so I asked the waitress, Kobie, what her recommendation was. She suggested one of the dinner skillets and I'd never had one before so I went ahead and MAN was that the best idea!! My skillet came in a timely manner and was AMAZING!! I went to Denny's today and the customer service was terrible. My server Lizbeth C didn't have her mask worn properly. When serving us our food she dropped my bread on the table and didn't pick it up or replace it. They also gave us our utensils a couple minutes after giving us our food so our food got cold. Probably the worst Dennys in the AV. The waotress was nice, but my food was terrible. I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak and Eggs. The Entree was overcooked in old oil, the gravy was bland, the eggs were rubbery, and the hashbrowns cold. I sent it back and ordered the zesty nachos. It was better than my first meal, so i kept it. Went for brunch with my husband and son and have to say food is ok but service and their customer service is horrible!!! Not once did our waitress come around to check if we needed anything else, I had to raise my voice across the restaurant just to ask for more coffee. Another waitress brought one cup of coffee when it was two of us drinking coffee, almost spilled it on me as if she was mad that I asked for more coffee. When she passed by again I said "excuse me can we get another coffee?" And literally just ignored me!! Informed them I didn't receive something I paid for on my previous visit and was looked at like I was making it up to get something free. "Esmiralda" or at least that's what she said her name was since she had cleverly taken her name tag off (4 eyed nerdy skinny dark girl with poodle hair) insulted us so plainly that we left without ordering. She first bombarded us every 20 seconds with taking our order when we hadn't a chance to decide and asked her to give us about 5 minutes. Later when we we were ready and although we caught her attention and let her know we were ready, she just ignored us by answering the phone, talking to her colleagues and hosting another party right next to us. Then she pretended she had forgotten about us and proceeded to proactively complain about us to the manager in front of us. Had never encountered this one before. Plainly a silly and insecure little girl who likes to cover up and lie eventhough she isn't smart enough to realize that the customer can tell this from her "bitchy" body language from far away and what kind of a manager trains her staff to behave this way anyway? The manager appeared to be a tower of jello, completely helpless and unable to manage her staff who consist mostly of teenagers and the staff know it. The only good thing about this place is server Ana who is fantastic and the food has been fine since she's served us many times. So sad that I was forced to give a negative review on account of one bad apple who doesn't belong there and an ineffective manager who is helpless against such poor staff with judgement skills of a fruit fly. read more
