My go-to burger place. We get the family combo of 4 burgers + fries + drinks often! The horchata is one of my faves I've ever had honestly, and a lot more reliable than other Hispanic restaurants I've been to. Not once have I ever felt like their horchata was watered down BS, it's always sweet and flavorful! My only complaint is that they've started using smaller cups with the branded logo for the drinks now. Regardless, a single portion from the family combo is very filling! I've also eaten other menu items from here when I've dined in. Most times my family orders to-go. Service is fine, with a reasonable wait time. Ambiance is a closer to a very very casual family diner. I can't remember if there's 1 or multiple tv's around the dining area. The service was great! We got our food within 10 minutes of sitting down. The place was empty when we got there it was about 7:00 pm ish. We had a party of 7, I ordered the bacon avocado burger and it was yummy! If I had to change anything was maybe toast the hamburger buns. (Or I would do a lettuce wrap on the burger).The cucumber lime fresh water was so good! Refreshing and yummy. It was great! Lots of setting inside available. They also have 2 game machines for kids. My fiancé ordered a family pack of CHEESEburgers , and we got burgers with no cheese. When my husband called to tell them that this was the case, also not the first time its happened, the little girl behind the phone caught an attitude and said "we can refund you the 2 dollars." Mmmmm its not about 2 bucks, its the fact we spend 50 bucks or more every-time we come here, and its not the first time its happened. Plus, were local. What makes this visit so hilarious is the fact that I was across the street at the Hicks Mortuary. When my husband and I left that location, we were searching for a good place to eat. Of course I pull up my yelp app because as an elite, I would only trust yelp to search out a good spot. I was moving to fast and accidentally checked into this location. I told my husband as elites, I must eat from the location I checked into. What an awesome accident. First off we didn't realize it was right across the street and second the food was awesome and so were the team members. Our cashier named Kate was so patient with us. If she like her job, it showed. She was smiling and was very outgoing. Took our orders with such accuracy and had us wait on the other side of drive thru for pick up so that she could keep the line moving. This location gets business. After receiving my order, I could understand why. They take their time and make sure every order is hot and accurate. I was very pleased with our orders. I didnt know what i wanted so I went for the Mango Habenero Wings (magnificent). Also French Fries and Fried Zucchini. I have had fried zucchini before but these were terrific. They were long, crispy, hot and seasoned perfectly. I also ordered some tacos. Seriously, I didnt know what I wanted because everything looked good. The tacos were good too. I bought a carmel sundae, which was perfect for the weather. They weren't stingy with the carmel either. My husband ordered the mango smoothie. I was driving by this place and noticed a sign that said they sell a burger for $1.99. That is a relatively low price for a burger sold at a restaurant that is not a major chain. I was curious but cautious as food that is as affordable as that can often lack in quality. I'm glad I checked it out and I believe I have found my new favorite place to grab a quick bite. The burger was of a smaller size, but still comparable to the value burgers being being sold by the bigger chains. The beef patty was very savory and well seasoned. The burger included lettuce, tomato, fresh onion, pickles, and special sauce. That is a decent amount of ingredients for a value burger. The ingredients tasted fresh and the special sauce hit. I am a student so I really appreciate that there is a local place in Littlerock that is not a chain and is offering a tasty item like that on their menu. You know they tell you here once you place your order if a car comes behind you to please go around and wait in the front. That didn't happen today. They're too busy talking and socializing and going on social media on their phone. I think it's a personal thing if they know you there and they see your car and for some reason if they don't like you, they won't tell the car to pull around, I've actually one time parked here got my order ticket and was told to go around and there was no car behind me. Hands down the best carnitas tacos I've ever had! When we come out to visit my mom in Littlerock we make it a point to come here to get the tacos. The drive thru is currently open for COVID, which is really nice because they bring out your food after you order through the window. Customer service is great, the women working there speak nicely to customers.
