Was looking for a good breakfast spot and I'm glad I found this place! It's hidden in an auto…read morerepair plaza. This is a breakfast place that also has Mexican food. First off, the hash browns are really crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I love hash browns and this one did not disappoint. I got a breakfast combo with eggs, avocado, ham and cinnamon French toast with strawberries and bananas. I thought the ham was going to be Canadian bacon but it was a big piece of ham. I didn't like the ham, but everything else was delicious. Their cinnamon French toast is made in like a cinnamon roll which was really good! The banana French toast was also a hit! Fluffy and sweet deliciousness! I forgot to take a picture, but we also got the pancakes with a side of strawberries and Nutella. All the food was homestyle comfort food that was simply delicious! Check out this hidden gem!

As you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly staff, the entry way also leads you to the bar top seating area facing the kitchen. Within the main building you will find many booths and table options, they have many interesting art pieces and decor. It's a classic diner atmosphere with friendly staff. The food options are many, from Mexican classics, Burgers, Sandwiches and many other options. The meals are all made to your liking without any pushback around extra costs. The food quality was very high, I ordered the Huevos Rancheros, they were very authentic with a tomato sauce and sauteed onions and peppers, not spicy but I did ask for their home salsa and it brought up the spice level, the dish is served with homemade rice and beans, all well cooked. I also ordered a side of pancakes and bacon for my dad and they were perfectly cooked. The cost of the meal was very reasonable and worth the visit. I have shared my experience with my friends and family in Lancaster.

I just wanted something light, so I ordered grits and an English muffin. My friend ordered the light breakfast. We were both happy with our meals and service. We definitely want to return to try something on the lunch menu. Only complaint is the bathroom is not in the restaurant; you have to get a key and go around to the back parking lot. I wasn't crazy about that. Shout out to our servers, Nikki and Jody, great service! 1/29/26

I was in town for a birthday breakfast and found this little diner…read more Let's start with the positives. The main dishes were delicious! And the best part was the home fries. Definitely order the home fries over hash browns, they are well seasoned crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. So delicious don't skip! The garden burger was also so delicious the patty is made of like oats and mushrooms and one more ingredient that I can't remember right now but it was superb! Definitely one of the best veggie burgers I have had! Top 5 for sure. Now the reason they didn't get 5 stars. The side of fruit that I ordered and two other plates on the table came with, wasn't fresh. It looked a day or a few days old. Only the melon was decent enough to eat. Next is more of a suggestion. I understand it's a diner but I feel like all restaurants/diners/cafes should have alternative milks such as oat, soy or almond milk. Because I asked for a cold brew but I had to drink it black due to the lack of alternative milks. Which was fine but I can't be the only person that has that suggestion. Overall Katz n' jammers cafe was a cute diner with 50s nostalgia on the walls and fair prices for good food!

Since it was our first visit, we walked up to the bar and explained that we're not IPA fans and asked if we could sample a few beers. The staff was super friendly and happy to let us try different options. We ended up really liking the Waterfront Lager and ordered micheladas. Their michelada mix is AMAZING. The Palmdale location is drinks only (no food), but the atmosphere and service made for a really fun night. Fast forward to yesterday. My husband and I had a date night and remembered how much we liked the beer, so we decided to check out the Lancaster location since they also serve food. When we walked in, the place was packed and there were only two girls working the entire floor. Even though they were clearly super busy, they were still very friendly and upfront that there would be about a 15-minute wait for a table. We appreciated the honesty, so we waited patiently and eventually got seated. We found out that the Lancaster location doesn't always have the same beers as the Palmdale brewery location, so unfortunately they didn't have the Waterfront Lager we loved. We were a little bummed, but our waitress gladly brought us samples so we could find something else we liked. We ended up ordering a lighter blonde beer since many of the others were too hoppy for our taste. We also tried their handmade mango and pineapple micheladas and WOW! both were so good. The food was delicious too. We ordered the totchos (loaded tator tots), 6-piece hot wings, and the Asian sliders. Everything came out fresh and flavorful. Even though they were slammed busy, the waitresses continued checking on us regularly throughout the night. Overall, it ended up being a really great date night. The ambiance is casual, fun, and welcoming, and both locations gave us excellent service. Lucky Luke is definitely going to become one of our regular date night spots moving forward!

Food wise, my videographer got the Cesar wrap and said it was great but could use more dressing... it was a bit dry with more lettuce than any other toppings. I got the Korean sliders. They were perfect but definitely enough to share. We also split the loaded artichoke dip and it was a hit. There were some big parties in attendance so it made our food take a bit longer but over all it was good vibes.

You get 6 potato skins served with sour cream and Ranch dressing. These were hot and very good. We both ordered the 15 oz New York Steak. He ordered his medium and I ordered mine well done. I confirmed that I could get it well done (no pink) without it being burned. My husband ordered broccoli and baked potato for his sides. I ordered au gratin potatoes and the vegetable of the day which was corn on the cob. I ordered the sugar free Dr. Pepper and my husband a cocktail. The drinks were good. My husband's meal was excellent - a good Father's Day meal. Mine was a disaster. The steak came out very pink (which after returning to the kitchen came back still pink on one end and burnt on the other. The au gratin potatoes were lukewarm and the corn on the cob was not even warm enough to melt the provided butter. They offered to cook me another meal but by then my husband was done. I can't understand how one meal can be so good but the other a disaster. The manager did come out and took $25 off the bill which I appreciated but I told her it was not necessary. The value, had my dinner been okay, was very good. If we could give 1/2 stars I would have given a 3 1/2.
