Good burger, great fries, friendly and good service. Was a healthy sized order and for a decent price. Love a place where you get full, don't break the bank and you feel good after not fewling like your stuffed on something that turned in your stumach. The food is great. You can definitely tell the cook here is proud of their work but the service is terrible. Every single girl that works there always seems to have a stock up their b*tts and are very rude. You'll never see a smile on their face and don't ever bother to be friendly. I went there with my family and my shrimp cocktail was frozen like they take it out from the freezer was like I was eating a slushy shrimp I put it in a cup and told my wife I will save it for later on then right after my wife's plate taste funny we find out the beans were bad We told tthe cashier with pink hair that the plate was bad if she can try. To don't serve the other people with the same beens she got mad at us and ignored us we asked for a refund she say to wait we wait for a while and she say i dont have time rigth now I completely feel discriminated no because I'm Mexican. I'm not one to post about good or bad food, but this place was trash. I had a Asada burrito with a lot of unchewable pieces of meat even though it was mostly beans and rice. Plus the taste was disgusting. On top of all that I almost choked on a piece of plastic that was in the burrito. read more

All the food ordered was of average quality and taste. The 4x4 breakfast includes 2 eggs, hash browns, 2 sausages, 2 strips of bacon, and choice of pancakes, French toast, or toast. The Pancake Special includes 2 pancakes, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, and 2 strips of bacon. The cheeseburgers weren't as good as other nearby burger stands. The patty wasn't seasoned enough and there was an excess amount of thousand island. This place is delicious! My favorite items here are The Torta De Milanesa! It's packed with avocado lettuce tomato sour cream and salsa! It's my favorite! So disappointed with the food I got today! I ordered a steak and eggs with French toast but I ordered my steak Medium and my eggs over medium. The first time I ordered this dish I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious everything was and cooked to perfection. This time around, my "steak" was over cooked, dried out, not seasoned at all, and tasted old, and my eggs were not even close to over medium. They were over easy and runny and just disgusting. I ended up tossing the entire dish to my dog. The French toast had delicious flavor but was so rubbery and tough I thought I was eating a rubber shoe! I first have to state that there are slim pickings in Lake L.A. but M&G's is one of the better ones. I've tried their breakfast, lunch & dinner and I've never been dissatisfied. I really like ordering their shrimp cocktail although it sometimes varies on the size of the shrimp but they give a good amount so it's pretty good. Two nights ago the family and I purchased their burger meal deal. Food was just OK. Everything tasted old, the lettuce, tomatoes and the buns. Fries were old and dried out. Nobody ate them. I have yet to tried the whole menu but its hard when you find your favorites such as the cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries, and french toast specials. I called to place a phone order for a mini family pack. I asked for my hamburgers to be without onion and tomato. To my surprise I get home and all three had tomato and onion.
