Service was disastrous. 12:03 pm I concluded my kiosk order. And I sat at a barstool directly in front of the order window. Two ladies asked me at two different times if I was there for an online pick up. Two different times I gave them my order number and said I had ordered from their kiosk. After many people had come and gone with their orders, a third person asked me about my order. I said I ordered from the kiosk and here is my receipt... Hold up the receipt and showed them. Then I was asked specifically what did I order, even though they were looking at my detailed receipt. I told them and they started on the order. My order was with no caramelized onions. The order was thrown together and thrown into the box, with caramelized onions. I just basically took the bag and left. That was 12:31 PM. Today is National Hot Dog Day, and where else should one go but to Dog Haus! I noticed on Facebook that they had a special in their app to celebrate the auspicious occasion, so after work I went on a mission. Today's dog of choice was their Chili the Kid! Delicious, melty white american cheese, their very own haus chili, plenty of crispy onions, a savory chipotle aioli all enrobing their high quality Creekstone Farms hormone and antibiotic-free premium angus all beef dog.. all nestled in their signature grilled King's Hawaiian roll instead of an ordinary bun. I also asked them to add some fresh arugula which they're always happy to do. SO delicious! The young lady behind the counter couldn't have been friendlier or more accommodating. The guy manning the pickup window was friendly, too. The whole place has a great vibe, like you're going to a familiar place to hang out with old friends. Ok I know their a little more pricey then others. We ordered 4 burgers and 1fry my total was unbelievable over 70.00bucks and honestly the food kinda sucked I had to search for the cheese hiding in between the little patties and there was only 1 on a double burger and if your gonna smash a Burger make sure to make it the same size as the bun so I had to add my own cheese at home. Disorganized chaos! Where was the management???? Wait staff was woefully unfamiliar with the wine, beer and food items available. Once we ordered, the food was brought out at random intervals- leaving some folks in our party with no food, some with their main entree, but no fries, and those of us who didn't want to eat in front of those without food, to eventually eat cold food. In Lancaster for the new year holiday and was craving a good burger and came across this restaurant. I like the aesthetic and the restaurant was clean and the ladies provided excellent service. now let's get to the food. I got the garlic aïoli burger, and my husband got the bad mutha clucka and a regular fries which we shared. One thing I did not realize was that the sandwiches were on Hawaiian rolls so each sandwich was made up of 4 rolls, which was great for my garlic aïoli burger because I just cut it into 4s, the burger was very tasty and worth the price. For my husband sandwich the rolls with the two huge chicken tenders (not complaining about that) he said was a little hard to eat in a sandwich form and wished it was on a regular brioche bun, but he enjoyed it as well. Came to the AV mall today after a day of shopping and I was near the mall and yelp told me that this place has an LA dog and I really wanted a good dog not Costco dog but an gourmet dog you know what I'm saying. So after going to the Walmart on 10th I headed to Dog Haus yothis place is small but hey I was hungry and I see some seats for my group which we had 4. We ordered a bunch of food to taste I got the LA dog boy am I glad it didn't come with avocado the dog was pretty good I wish I told them to char my dog well for more flav and the Hawaiian roll was strange but different. We also ordered the chicken sandwich which is also on Hawaiian rolls strange but I know get the concept everything is on Hawaiian rolls now back to sandwich the chicken is very good I would get this again and also the tenders. The fries and tots needed salt but they will provide. The onion rings are amazing they need salt also but they are great and of course the ranch is good worth buying. Decent food, poor service, and poor wait times for mobile orders (expect to wait 1 hour) I use to come here alot, but not anymore. Last 3 times were a disaster. Mobile app ordering is a joke. Will say 30 minutes till pick up and you'll stil wait 30-45 minutes more everytime. It's seems apparent they won't start your order until your 'pick-up' time. We wanted to be bad, very bad so we came here. I don't eat food like this often because I try to be healthy as we do eat out a lot, but it was definitely worth it! I will say one thing-I'm giving 4 stars because of the coleslaw. I ordered a side with my sausage and it was terrible. I expect more from a place where hot dogs are your main thing. Slaw, goes with everything on your menu and not only was it tasteless, it was clearly some bag thing you mixed together and it was the first bite I took here so you lost me immediately. Everything else was amazing so if it were me, I would change the coleslaw recipe and get the real deal. (my two cents) The corn dog was amazing and the slider cheeseburger melted in my mouth. So delicious I am happy to admit I ate here 2 days in a row! Oink oink! I scarfed down the Sooo Cali haus dog. Never thought pairing avocado with arugula and tomato would taste great together with a hot dog. Way to think outside the bun...lol! Speaking of the bun, it is the cherry on top! It's sweet, toasty, buttery, Hawaiian bread. Pretty darn genius. I also had the the wings and these wings are gigantic they can be mistaken for thighs or breasts! It's amazing how it is antibiotic and hormone free. Literally the next day I tried the chili cheese tots (I was yearning to try these) and the Old Town haus dog. Tots were perf texture crispy on the outside, mushy on the inside and the chili cheese was more on the cheesy side, made a nice oozy dipping sauce. The Old Town was spicy and the toppings were generously spread all over. Can I add the packaging of the hotdogs and burgers are super cute! Nothing was a disappointment. Usually like coming here. The last time we came here we waited at the register for someone to come and the workers just looked at us, not even telling us to order on the new screen thing. We had to ask for our cups because they didn't check in on us. The music in the kitchen was louder than the music playing in the restaurant. Looking at the pictures we had high hopes for Dog Haus, unfortunately they just couldn't deliver. While it is fantastic that Dog Haus uses 100% natural ingredients, the prices are just too high (especially for á la carte items). Our Sooo Cali Dog came with wilted arugula and minimal avocado. While the other ingredients were delicious, fresh peppery arugula and creamy avocado would have helped the salty, crispy onions and under seasoned basil aioli bring this dog home. The Little Mule hausburger was okay. Smash burgers normally provide the crispy, greasy goodness you want in a burger. However, this burger seemed to have no seasoning with ingredients that just were not able to compensate in taste and texture (even with a delicious runny egg). We LOVE Hawaiian rolls and were looking forward to the sweet bready goodness. The rolls didn't disappoint in taste, but we question using them as buns as they pull apart while eating and make it harder to enjoy your meal. While Dog Haus' food is worth another try, we most likely will not go back due to the long wait. 25 minutes for a hotdog and a smash burger with one table ahead of your order is just too long. We stopped by for Happy Hour on Sunday (3pm-10pm) and ordered a few food things off their HH menu. - 2 cheeseburger sliders compose their "This" burger and "That" burger ($3.99 each). One comes with grilled onions and one comes with lettuce (I can't remember which is which). Both were pretty tasty. - Grilled Spicy Italian sausage ($3) with garlic aioli for dipping. The sauce was good but will pass on the sausage for next time. - Fries ($1.50) was perfectly crispy. Their HH tots is the same price ($1.50) which is what I actually wanted but we accidentally ordered fries instead. We liked that there was ample outdoor seating (benches). Food took about 15-20 min to come out. Not sure if you could get HH prices to go? Parking: AV mall - usually pretty easy but can be a little hectic during the holiday season! read more

We got food poisoning here last night. Burgers were thin and very gristly with toppings sparingly added. I used to love this place and their creative menu items, but the quality and accuracy has gotten so much worse. I spent $40 for two meals and that does not include sides. BIG BELLY BURGERS I've heard there's a breakfast burrito place within Dog Haus so I decided to check it out. From what I could see there were only 2 employees. The cook was working as fast as he could to keep up with online orders. However it still took 30mins+ to get my order. A lot of door dash people were having issues picking up and the entire thing was kind of unorganized. It was reasonably priced but I wasn't a fan. The white American cheese that comes with mostly all the burritos throws me off. It doesn't melt well and the taste is odd. I feel like it needed salsa of some kind because it was pretty bland. On the other hand the totes/tortilla was nice and crispy. If they added a build you own option and different cheese to the menu I would give it another shot. The service up front was so different and awful. The young ladies kept going to the end of the bar to sit, lean on the bar, drink their water bottles and scroll on their phones. The cook was doing the same. One customer had asked to try/sample the wine slushy but wasn't heard because of the fact that the girls had taken a seat/ stood at the end of the bar. Who can hear customers when you're not even up front?? We were not once asked if everything came out okay or if we need another draft. Nothing! Too busy on the phone or hanging out seemingly waiting for something to do when there are actually customers that need to be tended to in the mean time. Absolute waste of money coming here now. My food was cold and the presentation of it was trash. I get it's not a fine dining establishment but nobody wants to be served slop when it's pictured otherwise.
