I have never felt so insulted at a restaurant. When my partner and I walked in, there were only two tables available one small table for two people and one larger table for four. The two young ladies ahead of us (also a party of two) placed their order first. My partner and I chose the four-person table, which made sense for us, and I was literally about to walk up and order our food. Before I could even order, one of the workers was sent over and used hand gestures and motions to tell my partner to get up from the table, saying he "couldn't sit there" because the other party's food was coming out first. Mind you the other party was also just two people and could have easily used the two-person table. The way this was handled was embarrassing and degrading. We weren't spoken to respectfully -- we were motioned at, in front of other customers, as if we had done something wrong or didn't deserve to be there. Being asked to get up from a table you're already sitting at is humiliating, period. If seating is based on who orders first, then this place needs clear rules, numbers, or communication, not staff waving people away and making them feel small. The situation was completely avoidable and handled in the worst possible way. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. We left feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected and will absolutely never return read more

My sister ordered and paid. Heard $45. Went to table. I questioned the $total and asked the waitress/cashier. The RESPOND.... Added regular are bigger. Order cheese paid extra for chicharon. Took home... All were the same size. In addition they were not that good. Was in the neighborhood and saw the sign that said "The best birria quesatacos" and thought I would try it. Haven't had a lot of birria quesatacos but these were pretty amazing. I got the combo plate with rice and beans. I could not have been happier with my decision. Rice was fluffy and beans tasted like my aunt made them. The consume was rich and very flavorful. The tacos tasted like fresh homemade corn tortillas were used. I can't wait to come back. Service was friendly and smiles all the way around. Thank you for breakfast and I will be back. read more

Everytime I try an get 1 pupusa it's always 20 mins or more . I am a manager at a Corprate store. I work in the food industry as well. Ordered on door dash what I could fine for Mexican. Was craving a bean and cheese burrito. Something about the retried beans shops and their giant soft tortillas. Added the Birria combo with consome. So glad. The bean and cheese burrito was a decent price and the Monterey cheese was mixed nicely. Lots of cheese and the beans tasted fresh and felt. Felt as in not crispy dry from sitting in a pot. The Birria were double corn which was nice for dipping. So good. The salsa was not the best because it was medium. They do have habanero hot but there is an upgrade fee ? This place reminds me of the Abuelas Tacos in Las Vegas and that is one of my all time favorite places to eat! I would drive from Lancaster to Palmdale almost every day to get their quesadillas and guacamole! Be very careful ordering here , we ordered 8 pupusas cheese+chicharron and they gave us beans+chicharron. Didn't notice till we got home and the only option they gave me was to drive back to get the order remade I told them I live in llano and that's another 30 min drive one way for me. I have been going here for a long time. Me and my boyfriend love eating here. Today we experienced the worst customer service ever. I will not ever be coming back because of it. We did a mobile order because we live about 20 min away from this location. They forgot our drinks my boyfriend didn't even realize til he got home. So he went back to get them I called the lady was super rude telling me there wasn't drinks than changed her mind said oh yea there is I just overlooked it so she admitted fault. No apology just told me I could come back or give me a refund. My boyfriend now had to drive back so it's about 40min round trip no matter what he was going to have cold food so I asked to reorder his burrito so he could have warm food. So I paid for 2 burritos just so my boyfriend could have a warm meal. They didn't try to rectify the situation in any way at all. They made a mistake & didn't make it right. When my boyfriend got there picked up the food the girl laughed at him about the situation telling him to check next time. Im pretty sure that's what she gets paid for. They didn't offer anything to compensate or anything. Which to me I have worked in fast food & restaurants the customer is always right. You always apologize and rectify you don't put it off onto the customer. They have lost a repeat customer and I will make sure to tell all my family and friends to not go.
