They told me 35 minutes, no receipts nor did they ask for my name. During the wait I changed my mind on the drink and gave me a partial refund. I had to show these stupid employees how to do math. Food is great! Service is hit or miss, went once for a pickup order to find out they hadn't even put it in and they still wanted to make me wait after that. I've placed a couple of pickup orders and they can never get my name right so they have to scramble around to figure out my order. If I could give negative stars I would!!!! There are two girls in there today. SO RUDE!!!! Argumentative, cold food, once I brought it up to them and they started arguing with me and telling me that I was wrong laughing at me. I felt ridiculed!!! I even empathized with not being able to speak English well and started speaking Spanish to them and even then they were still being rude. If I can give out negative stars I would. Food is ok. But the customer service is horrible. Ordered pupusas and waited 45 minutes for my order. That's a whole lot of time to wait for pupusas. Meanwhile the whole time other people are putting in their orders and getting their food. I asked 20 mins into my order how much time and Karla with her resting B**** face tells me 10 mins.! 12 mins passed and karla tells me 10 more mins. At min 45 they had to double check my order to see if they even made it and just have me some else's food although correct my food was meant for some else. There service is horrible especially Karla. The pupusas were pretty good but the wait was waaaaay to long. I had ordered 8 revueltas and 4 de queso and it took over an hour. I called at 7PM and was told they would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived at 7:20 and by 8:10PM I was out the door. I kept asking the waitress how much longer she kept saying 5 minutes (5 minutes turned into 40 minutes). When I arrived there was only a family of four waiting and they had not even ordered as of yet. If I am around the area I may stop by but I would not go out of my way to return. The pupusas were pretty good and they were not too greasy. I believe they were a good size and they weren't stingy with how much they stuffed in them. Soo horrible!!! I called at 1pm to place an order for pupusas and they told me 45 minutes. So I said okay that's fine my husband and I were out running errands. Once we were done we headed over to pick up the order. I walk in and the girl at the register was on the phone and had attitude. I told her my name and I was picking up an order and she tells me that she never put my order in and she was the one who took my order. Seriously not happy that I paid over $10 dollars on a caldo de gallina de pechuga con ala and the "pechuga" was the smallest famine piece of pechuga I have ever seen. At first I thought they forgot my pechuga piece, and only put in the wing, but upon further inspection, I realized it was the pechuga with the wing. This is not only and insult to your customer but also a rip off. If for whatever reason as a restaurant your purchase of your chickens yield really small portions, its your responsibility as a restaurant to make sure you don't pass your purchase mistakes or cheap choices to the customer. I would understand this meatless bone mascaraed of a pechuga if I was in a foreign country but for $14 I better have some meat on my chicken! I didn't order skin and bones so don't try to apologize for your conscious decision to sell me that. Unfortunately for me, i was not the one who picked up the order to go, because I would not have paid for this disgrace. Timing on serving needs to improve. Food is good overall but the service pre-covid and during covid can get much better.

These are the best popusas I've had in the AV! Had to take that one star because of the lack of staff and the lengthy time it take to actually get served. As for a Salvadorian restaurant this place is the real deal ! The pupusas are so delicious and cheesy and thick and perfect amount of grease. YUM ! The agua frescas they have are also good and fresh.
