Not very friendly, food takes a while. The pupusas were OK, nothing to write home about. The meat pies were really good! 5/5 However there's no customer service besides them bringing the food. The guy was in the back and we had to wave him down to pay our bill. read more

First time going to this location in Lancaster and they did not disappoint, you get greeted upon entering the restaurant, the server comes up quickly to take your order and the food is made fresh, the place is clean and the food delicious, we tried little bit of everything. read more

The food is as authentic as comida salvadoreña should be! The ambiance is clean and relaxed ( fun fact they were playing rancheras lol ). I don't want to complain about the service but the only person there was overwhelmed and you can sense his frustration as he was the only person taking orders, serving food answering phone calls and helping customers that placed to go orders). I made sure to tip him well as he was working for 3 people. Back to the food my mom is a picky eater and ever she was impressed with the authentic flavors! Portions are proper and las tortillas hechas a manos were amazing! read more

We've been customers of theirs since they had a little trailer across the street from Vallarta and honestly their customer service was so much better. Today we came in and we waited about 5 minutes before a guy comes out to take our order. He didn't even greet us or anything, it was almost like he was bothered because we came in. The place was dead literally we were the only people in there, the restaurant was dirty. I'm not sure what happened to their service, they used to be so nice read more

The pupusas are freshly made to order and are absolutely delicious! I love the chicken and the bean and pork. The tamales are great too! The service is very friendly, and the restaurant is nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend! read more

Called to put a order in and the lady was some what rude. When I ask for the total so I could have cash she said she didn't have her note pad. So I ask if she had my order down. She said yes but couldn't tell me how much it would be. Anyways my call was dropped I think so I called to confirm my order and she was upset like I was being annoying. Food was fine but over priced. And her attitude will probably not have me coming back. read more

I been their customer since they had the food truck. The food and service was a lot better then. Now every time I order for take out there's always something missing and the customer service is horrible! I ordered for take out today and the lady charged my order and doesn't say anything after the transaction, I stood there and she looks at me and I said "my receipt " she says " is there" and points at the register. I was in disbelief she couldn't hand me my receipt. When I took my receipt she points with a tv control on hand towards a table on the side and says "there's your order". I walked over and grabbed the order. As I am coming out the door she runs behind me and says "you are taking an order that doesn't have your name", and takes a small bag off my hands. I responded that if she should have handed me the order instead of just pointing to the table and focusing on the tv. She turns away and leaves. Owner really needs to hire someone who enjoys working with people and can offer great customer service. read more

I gave this place one too many chances. The pupusas are basically masa, almost no filling. My last straw? The screw I found inside the curtido. Unacceptable for overpriced food. read more

Dry and cold pupusas, almost no filling inside. The worst pupusas I've ever had in my entire life

I've been eating pupusas since I was a kid. Although I love them I don't eat them often just because they're not healthy. So last night I treated myself and some friends to some from this location since we were on that side of town. When I called they said 25 minutes. Not exactly sure why because there was one customer dining in. Granted it was a rainy day. I ordered 2 carne asada, 2 bean and cheese and 2 cheese and jalapeño. There were maybe 15 minuscule pieces of meat in the carne asada one btw. All in all 6 of these cost me $22 roughly. I don't remember paying that much for 6 pupusas. I do understand food cost has gone up so possibly that's why it felt so expensive. I will say this... if I'm going to eat something unhealthy as a treat, I'd rather have a tamale from Lulu's (which by the way are cheaper). These pupusas didn't hit the spot for me. It could have been because they were sitting out for so long before I arrived (although I got there in less than the 25 minutes he quoted); or it could have just not been that great. Not sure, but I don't plan on returning. read more

1) Ordered for pick up. There were two customers at a table, one of them hacking away and the employees didn't ask him to please cover his mouth properly (meaning not with his hand). It looked and sounded gross. I ran out with my food which thankfully had barely come out from inside the kitchen 2) Ordered pick up again. The pupusas were deplorable! Maybe a new cook??? Haven't been back since. I work hard and am on a budget, am not going to risk spending money to check if they're pupusas are back to normal. I'd rather learn to make them myself. 3) The lady who has always taken my orders and given them to me is ver nice. That's what the star read more

My go to place for some plátanos fritos and some home made tortillas echas a a mano. Great people and awesome customer service.

Extremely disappointed... "GO TO ANY OF THE PALMDALE LOCATION INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!" I ordered 2 regular and 2 flour ended up getting 4 regular and I had to add cheese to my own pupusa since apparently we're on a cheese shortage which I wasn't aware off to make it all worst looks like my pupusas went on a joy ride that ended up in a car accident which caught fire smh never going back to this specific location again 2/10 read more

Since I occasionally work nearby, I found Vos Pupusas and come here for the convenience. The pupusas are a good value for the price at about $3.50 each. I think the size of each pupusa is pretty generous. Generally I can be content after eating one and pretty full after eating two. Pupusa variations: The asada and cheese is my go to. The chicharron I found to be too salty. My favorite used to be the queso y loroco, but lately when I try to order online, it is not on the menu. I've also tried to type in the notes to add loroco to the plain cheese one, but it did not have any. After numerous visits, my biggest gripe is that they take so long to fulfill an order. I order ahead and it is almost guaranteed that my food isn't ready even after the estimated ready time and I end up waiting an additional 10-20 minutes. Not super ideal on a limited lunch hour. read more

The revueltas and chicharron pupusas are really good. They were ready pretty quickly and it smells really good inside.

Clean environment with friendly service. The yucca con chicharron, tamale and pupusa were very good. read more

We where recently there 4/5/26 we like to order by phone and for a while we stop coming here food was ok but the personal is trashy! So we tried giving this place another chance and as soon as we placed the order by phone the man who took the call has the worst customer service manners ever !! Horrible!! We still put the order and came in to eat and meet Me. Personality his in worse in person has no manners and super rude ! I told my husband to cancel the order and leave ! I love going yo Nenas you get a bit less food but I truly enjoy the service ! This man was obviously not happy and super rude and very disrespectful to my husband! He got the order wrong and didn't even apologize . I did not get his name but was wearing earrings and right after us the was rude to someone else who also complained! To Susan the owner we use to come eat there constantly but people like that ruin your restaurant! There was a young lady who took over his shift she was very good and very courteous. But unfortunately not sure if we would be back to many times experiencing the same thing and honestly there are so many other good places to go In Lancaster and Palmdale ! Hopefully they read this review and get better help . Food was ok but dealing with people like him makes food not taste good unfortunately we stayed! read more

Wow!!! These pupusas were bomb!! Hot, fresh and flavorful! I got some birria ones, queso, beans I definitely recommend getting protein it in for added flavor (birria were my favorite) over the cheese or beans. Great customer service, friendly and clean environment. Highly recommend read more

today, 11/21/25, i ordered here 2 hours ahead so i could swing by on my lunch break as quickly as possible to grab it. only for them to say "okay we'll start it now give us 15-20 minutes" when i get there. i say "how is that the case when my order window was 10:45-10:55?" (i even showed them the grubhub confirmation) and they still said sorry we can't do anything except start now. they confirmed my order when i placed it and ignored it when it came time to make it. i had to ask them to cancel it because i was actively on my lunch break and those 15-20 minutes they needed to cook were supposed to be when i was eating. if you guys can't handle online ordering, remove the option. now i'm forced to have ZERO food for my day. 0/10. never coming back here again. read more

I wanted some pupusas and this location got the job done. As someone who does not speak Spanish, I wish they had a better menu that explained all the flavors they offered for pupusas. The menu is in Spanish and the workers I encountered spoke limited English. They were a nice size with good flavor. The shopping center it is located in is very sketchy so beware of your surroundings. read more

Location on Ave L. Placed an order with uber eats. Driver did not bring drink listed on receipt. I call the restaurant and tell me to place another other for no charge next time. I want my drink today with my order. They told me they don't check the orders when picked up by uber! I think the employees should confirm what the uber drivers are picking up before leaving. It isn't just the uber drivers responsibility it's both parties. Business is business. Not ever using incompetent drivers or restaurants that over charge for food to begin with. Service absolutely sucks! I asked the driver Beverly about my drink and of course she doesn't take responsibility either about my order and tells me to call uber or the restaurant. Come on! No tip for you!!! Worst service from both places. read more

I've always praised this place but it's time to move on to better places. This is the 3rd time that my pick up order is incomplete. I live 10 miles away from the place and didn't mind driving over to pick up. However, this last time, I decided to use Door Dash. Obviously took longer than expected (additional 40 minutes) than what the app said but that wasn't the issue. The order given was incomplete, so I had to call the restaurant. After paying for Door Dash a total of $32 dollars in additional fees, having an incomplete order is frowned upon. So I call the restaurant and was told that I could go pick missing item up- 10 miles away and 17 minutes drive, one way! I get there and no apology and what's worse? The order was wrong! Glad I checked before leaving. I told one of the ladies and her answer was "well, we have been busy" Really? So since the place is busy, it's ok to forget or not double check the orders? Being that this is the third time and the personnel just brushes it off as it's not a big deal, I'll just spend my money elsewhere. read more

Late night munchies kicked in and Vos Pupusas were right around the corner. We ordered the cheese pupusas, squash pupusas, fried yucca, plantains, and empanadas. The food was good, the empanadas weren't what we expected but it was good. All in all, the food and pricing were five star worthy coming from a food truck. They close at 830, so be sure to grab some pupusas if you're in the area! read more
