Supposed to be nuegados, platano and chilate . This was terrible.

Dinner time! Had pupusas, yucca Con chicharron and chilate con nuegados and platanos. Service was quick and the food is ok. The pupusas can use more filling, the yucca was cooked to perfection but the chilate with nuegados and platanos was pathetic! $9 dollars for an experiment that was awful in taste and appearance. Platanos we're hard and coin shaped, the nuegados and the chilate was hot ginger tea. Maybe Google the recipe?

I picked up an order of 7 pupusas and received a small bag of curtido. I asked for more, not necessarily extra because the amount I was given would only be enough for half of the order. The girl told me that she would give me more but would charge me for it. Like I mentioned above, I was not asking for extra just enough for the order I paid for. I hope the owner reads this and realizes this is not good for business because now they will have competition. There's a new place, Vos Pupusas coming to the West side and a lot of people are talking about it. I know I am excited and definitely look forward to trying it out.

Arroz con pollo and an empanada were delicious. The staff was friendly and the prices were reasonable.

Hi went here yesterday with my boyfriend and we were immediately greeted by the front counter…read morewoman. She was very nice and pleasant I enjoyed her presence. I loved the ambiance of the restaurant as it was very peaceful and calming . I loved the food as well we ordered the Papusa's as they are on special Wednesday/ Thursday's. And the birria tacos. Also yummy. Everything tasted very fresh . I also enjoyed the decor of the place as it had pictures of actors/actresses. I definitely recommend coming here . And I'll definitely be back again . Thank you so much !

I have never felt so insulted at a restaurant…read more When my partner and I walked in, there were only two tables available one small table for two people and one larger table for four. The two young ladies ahead of us (also a party of two) placed their order first. My partner and I chose the four-person table, which made sense for us, and I was literally about to walk up and order our food. Before I could even order, one of the workers was sent over and used hand gestures and motions to tell my partner to get up from the table, saying he "couldn't sit there" because the other party's food was coming out first. Mind you the other party was also just two people and could have easily used the two-person table. The way this was handled was embarrassing and degrading. We weren't spoken to respectfully -- we were motioned at, in front of other customers, as if we had done something wrong or didn't deserve to be there. Being asked to get up from a table you're already sitting at is humiliating, period. If seating is based on who orders first, then this place needs clear rules, numbers, or communication, not staff waving people away and making them feel small. The situation was completely avoidable and handled in the worst possible way. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service was shocking. We left feeling singled out, uncomfortable, and disrespected and will absolutely never return

Just don't eat here!…read more We originally wanted to go to the Peruvian place around the corner but they had a "B" health grade so we passed on that. There was a couple tables seated inside this resident so we said "why not, let La try something new". First off they don't have a restroom or it wasn't operational or the Linda at the counter didn't feel like being helpful. We just wanted to wash our hands prior to eating. We ordered the pupusas special on their menu which is 2 pupusas for like $5.69 or something close to that, and one additional cheese and jalapeno one. When she brought the condiments to our table she spilled them which was no biggie. I offed to just wipe it myself. Our food came and we got 4 pupusas. No big deal we weren't gunna complain. Food was below subpar, no flavor and the masa had an off putting smell. As far as the food goes I would NEVER come back here, now would I recommend this place. I wanted to put the tomato based sauce on my pupusas but it was crusty and and when I opened it there was mold growing in the lid. Unfortunately I didn't see this till after we left. We went to pay our bill as she assumed and up charged us for bigger pupusas than what I had pointed to on the menu. When I asked her about it, she said that she assumed that's what we wanted. I let her know that I wanted what we had pointed at in the menu. When I asked her to refund us the difference she said she couldn't because the manager wasn't there and if I wanted to come back. All of this with a very entitled attitude. If there were zero stars, I would rate them that. Incredibly unhappy with my experience here and I'm shocked they're still in business.

I went here on a Tuesday evening…read more I ordered a super papusa but I didn't understand how it worked. I misread the sign that showed what was included for options so I ordered a super papusa with only chicharron and queso. The cashier gave me a confused look but still proceeded with my order. Super papusas are only available on Tuesdays and Thursdays The menu was only in Spanish only so it might make it a bit difficult for people who don't know Spanish or can't use a translator app. Anyways even though I botched my order the papusa they gave me was still good. It was very big (~1 foot in diameter) and has a nice crunch and the cheese was gooey. They also gave me curtido as an appetizer. The curtido had a nice crunch too and the hot sauce that was included was not that spicy.
