Went here today and was seriously disappointed by the pupusas. Mostly dough, and we received one that was only cheese despite ordering chicarrón con queso? Curtido was no good and the whole flavor profile was just off. I've had better, which was very disappointing considering it's a Salvadorian restaurant. The pan con pollo was good, tasted homemade. The plátano maduro con frijol and crema was also tasty. It took a long time to get attention from a server and they were not especially attentive or nice. Frankly the experience was a turn off and I wouldn't go back, I prefer other Salvadorian restaurants in the area. read more

I swear I have given this place so many chances they keep messing up my orders left and right. Today I asked for a custom vegetarian Pupusa and what they gave me was a custom Pupusa with carne asada. The thing is that I'm on a no meat diet. Also I ordered a toreja and they forgot to put it my bag and I never got it. This is not the first time this happens. My new favorite place to get pupusas. Empeñadas de leche are so good. I think I would never find anything remotely as good as the eateries I've been to in LA and this spot definitely measures up. Expensive place for what they are. They have online menu that is outdated. Prices are wrong so when you order and go pick up your food is more expensive. The pupusas for $2.25 they are pure masa. For that price I'm expecting a meaty pupusa. We order pasteles and yucca. Pasteles had a lot masa as well yucca was good. The place since is new it's nice. Customer service not the best. My husband had never had pupusas before and he was very excited to try this place out. What we got: - 3 Pork & cheese - 1 Squash & cheese Pros: - Biggest bang for your buck: We were able to get lunch for both of us for under $10! Personally, I would probably just get 2 pork & cheese ones instead of the squash & cheese. - They have their menu in English & Spanish with some descriptions of each item Cons: - Location? : Sometimes the truck is not there and sometimes it is; this is basically my only con for this. So, go gettem whenever you see that truck! Overall, I would DOUBLE TRIPLE check with them to make sure that their truck is there (sometimes it's not). First time here and we ordered an asada & bean & cheese pupusa as well two chicken tamales. Everything was fresh and excellent. Pupusas filling was just right, they don't skimp at all. Best Pupusas I've had in a while.! We tried their pupusas revueltas and their agua de ensalada and I must say delicious! They were cheesy, the chicharron was all over filling the pupusas. In Every bit you were able to taste the deliciousness. We used to go to Doña Blanca and was our go to. But lately she's been very cheap & greedy. Wanted to give her a second chance & order with her but if I didn't order more then 5 pupusas in a box it would be full price even though I had ordered 8. If I would've done that the other 3 would've been full price regardless. Vos had no problem slitting them, the ladies were extremely friendly in person & over the phone. Highly recommend them! Okay, so I started coming to Vos Pupusas since they were out in the little trailer.. always good and good portions. But recently every time I order Pupusas they are more masa then anything. Ordered 8 Pupusas revueltas to share with my cowers they looked thick but they were all just masa.. you couldn't even open the Pupusas cause it was stuck lol nothing in between.. what a shame.!! Bomb! Ordered 12 which came out to around $42, I thought it was expensive until I saw the size of them. Personally, I like my pupusas a little greasy and they don't use that cheese that leaves your fingers stinking for hours, which is a big plus for me. Wow! I'm amazed at how delicious these pupusas were. They have mastered the perfect amount of masa and meat ratio. It was juicy and tender. The taste was better than I've ever tasted before. All I can tell you is this is a must try spot if you're looking for pupusas. We ordered 9 pupusas, platanos con crema, and pasteles de carne and the total was $17!!!
