Whether you walk inside or go drive thru, they're gonna have gasp for a moment at how extensive the menu is. I've had multiple items, from the chicken strips, dui fries, Louis burger, to breakfast items with my family for dinner! A couple weeks ago I learned about their double cheeseburger special, go ask them about it !! They always give you more than enough time and feel family friendly. I recently visited Louie's Burgers and was very disappointed with my experience. I spent around $30 on two bacon cheeseburger combos, and both meals were extremely salty--so much so that they were inedible. The burgers barely had any bacon, and the hochata tasted off, almost like powdered milk. I strongly recommend that management review the food preparation process and quality control at this location. I hadn't been here in years. It was clean, well lit, and busy. We ordered at the counter from a large menu. The gentleman at the counter was very polite, friendly and helpful. We chose the vegetarian breakfast burrito, the Philly cheese steak combo, a patty melt and some onion rings. The Philly was very good and the fries were hot and crispy. The vegetarian burrito really impressed my son. The onion rings filled a large dinner plate and came with 2 containers of ranch dressing. The patty melt was okay but a little on the dry side. I appreciate the owners investing in their business to make the dining experience very memorable. The only issue is the fountain drinks are never dialed in or consistent. Sometimes it's too sweet and other times the carbonation dominates the flavor. Also the onion rings look great but there is no flavor which is sad because like I said they appear delicious. This is place is really good. I got the super box which comes with a two chicken tenders and either a cheeseburger or western cheeseburger for 9.99. The chicken tenders are made fresh and the breading is delicious, the burger had an amazing flavor. This is the worst visit and service i've had at this place and im livid about how my food was served. I ordered a carne asada taco salad and was originally handed a salad in a container with no taco shell. So I mentioned to the lady at the drive thru that what I was given wasn't a taco salad and the employee next to her claimed I said "carne asada garden salad"?? So they wanted to charge me more but then settled on making the order correct. Good, I was happy thinking i'd go home with a delicious taco salad, as i've had many times here before. But no, what I get is a half broken (missing) taco shell and the previous salad just thrown into it. I get home, the box is tearing because all the salad contents spilled and everything is falling out, taco shell all missing/broken. This place was soo good! My husband and I moved to the AV 4 years ago and haven't really found a place that reminds us of our favorite burger place (Tams) but this place was SOOO GOOD! Great customer service from the gentleman with dreads who took our order, then the place was nice and clean and chill. One difference here is that you don't have to be on alert while eating like at our previous LA hood spot. For sure going back! Great portions i had the bacon & eggs (comes with 3 eggs, any style you want) generous bacon, hash browns & a choice of pancakes or toast). Flavors are all there! Yummy! I had coffee with my breakfast free refills included. The service was great as well! Friendly & fast! Very welcoming & they seem to enjoy their customers as well! Making you feel welcome when you first enter the restaurant. The ambiance is great they played all source of music from country to reggeaton., slow songs as well. Talking about music to my ears! So someone responded to my comment and I can't reply back. Yes I can read. I picked the correct one here in Lancaster. I had to double back again because they gave me a bacon and cheese burger after the female manager going off about how it's our fault about the first order. I don't eat dairy or puerco and ordered a regular hamburger and it said on the receipt as well so I'm wondering if that one was out fault too? The older manager was very polite and accommodating. Bought a pastrami asked for mustard in both sides of bread extra pickles and chilis. Made it to court dry sandwich, no extra pickles, no chilis. Was excited to check this place out and was stoked to see they offered steak and eggs breakfast burritos! Came here on my lunch break and ordered a steak breakfast burrito no cheese. Waited and was given the steak and eggs plate. (Was wondering while the price was so high) kindly sent it back and asked again for a breakfast burrito with no cheese.
