Good food served quickly. Nice for a Dennys. Stopped by for late lunch, around 2p on a Friday. Was quickly seated, and after ordering, food was quickly served and was tasty. No complaints. I ordered the ultimate omelette with pancakes added, and GF got the cali club sandwich. and can't have a meal without french toast too!! All the food was good and tasty with no mistakes. Server was Alex, who was there to check on us, and popped up perfectly when we were done, to get us boxes. This Denny's is my go to place if I'm hungry at nite! It's 24/7 and it's near my house, with an excellent service from the staff (David and another woman, whom I didn't know the name) They're really fast in serve the customer and they really know how to engage well with the customer! I felt homie here! The food is also fresh and the hot chocolate is always the best for me! Love this place for sure!!! read more

As a long-term Dennys customer I have been ordering the same meal for years.. an egg white loaded veggie omelette. I have always been able to choose the fresh fruit until in recent years they started charging more for it than a giant slab of unhealthy hash browns. The next thing they started doing was wanting to charge me for literally one tablespoon of salsa to put on top of my omelette which I refuse to do, so I just do without. I have always substituted a pancake for the bread option, and today they told me they were going to charge me for it. This was not to add on an order of pancakes mind you but to substitute pancakes as an alternate for the original bread, which by the way is now listed as white toast! Could it get anymore unhealthy?! Having to pay for every possible extra condiment, healthy, or standard alternative to what is already a very pricey omelet is absolutely ridiculous. It's making me wonder how desperate Denny's is that they have to cut every corner and up charge for half the things that come with this meal on your plate. I think I'm going to be looking for other breakfast place options to minimize the aggravation that now goes along with my regular Denny's breakfast. read more

I AM GIVING dennys 4 stars because not all dennys are alike. Some are faster, others not fast. Servers at this one, always Happy. Servers at that one, alway grumpy. Quality of food, is usually the same everywhere, "It is food that will do" Right? Super late night, its open. During a long drive, its freeway close. What ever your reason, it will do! Only giving one star because i can't leave zero. Horrible service. We sat for 15 minutes and not one person came to the table. Several people who work there were sitting a few feet away doing prep work but never even acknowledged us. One man went and checked on 2 other tables and even brought them things, then went back to sitting and chatting with co workers. Worst Denny's I've ever been too. I've never had such horrible experience at Denny's like the one I had here. The manager and only server (wears glasses) there on duty Monday at 1:30pm was very rude to start off because as she took us our drinks she tossed our straws on the table. She charged my family and I an extra fee for the ranch and I asked for an omelet but substituted the bread for pancakes and she also charged me an extra $2 for the substitution and on the receipt it showed as open $2. I also asked for a plain bbq bacon sandwich but she took it with everything on it. I've been to many Denny's and never once was I charged for the ranch or substitution of bread for pancakes. Lastly, the restaurant was empty so that's not an excuse for her to be rude. read more

Who knew Dennys has one of the best burgers in town? Delicious, crumbly meat patty (not stiff like a frozen pre packaged patty) and it's full of flavor! Wish they didnt make you order it well done. They say for health reasons. Kind of odd, because most places with excellent meat will allow you to cook the burger to your liking. This would be a 5 star burger if they allowed the meat to be cooked medium. Either way, I enjoyed my bunless burger with caramelized onions and lots of cheese. I only wish this Dennys had a beer and wine license, like most others do. read more

DISAPPOINTMENT! I'm trying to understand and maybe they were understaffed but nevertheless the customer service was horrible! Walked in with my family of 3 and waited about 10 minutes to even be greeted before they even sat us down or acknowledged us. server and host walked by us several times and not even a welcome or "will be with you shortly" like if I was a ghost... After being seated it took another 5 minutes before they could come and ask if we wanted drink by i assume it was the dishwasher or someone from the back.... Server later came and took our order and once he was as finished he came back and said it would take about 40 Minutes to get our food because "the cook is new and doesn't know what he is doing" ? I couldn't justify it because they couldn't even accommodate us by compensating the drinks or making it up for the quality of service... Long story short I'm writing this review because they have Poor communication skills and should let people know from the start that they are busy and maybe then would I of understood.. I'm disappointed Because David did nothing after I told him we were leaving but Walk away... not coming back to this location ever again... Management should do a better job of training before letting a cook run a Night Shift a lot or accommodate more staff... Maybe it wasn't Davids fault but the poor communication skills need to grow. Been coming to this Dennys for almost 2 years now and have always had a great experience. The food is always so good and comes out quick. It is usually empty which is nice and cozy a lot of the time. After a VERY long day of driving from San Francisco to Anaheim, my girlfriend and I really needed a break and some dinner. We had checked into our hotel but there was little in the area that was still open so we went to old reliable, Denny's. I ordered their Bilbo berry smoothie, inspired by the new Hobbit movie, as well as their Grand Slamwich meal. Somehow I managed to make two terrible choices at the same time because the smoothie was outrageously sweet, and the sandwich happened to be the most unhealthy, and saltiest, dish on their menu. Both were awful and it was definitely not a good ending to the day. Service was spotty and I found myself annoyed by the long wait despite the restaurant being mostly empty. I've had the sandwich in the past and it wasn't this bad so it might just be this location's inability to execute it. I'm hoping never to return to this location, but am still a fan of Denny's when the craving for something greasy in the middle of the night hits again. I always come here for special events, typically with 20-30+ people. The service is never bad, especially one server named Luis was so sweet making jokes with everyone and made me feel comfortable. The food was served at a great time for having so many people there by the way. I am disappointed to report that after having a great experience with server David I have something negative to say about this particular establishment. I went in with my daughters this Sunday after a long day of moving. We agreed we would go up the street again for lunch . We ordered food paid the bill and went along our way. The following day I noticed I was charged for food I didn't recieve. I called the restaurant and spoke to a woman who said she was the manager. The manager asked me to text her a picture of my receipt and stated she would talk to the server and get back to me. I emphasized I was not complaining about the server as accidents happen and that a refund would be sufficient. It is Thursday and no one has cared to reach out or correct the situation. The item was 10 dollars I believe the correct action would be to refund the card as I provided a picture of my receipt. Word of mouth is very important and because of this my family and I will never go back again. Management definitely needs to be reviewed as this is no way to treat paying customers! I am extremely dissatisfied with this situation. Side note the server Karina was very nice and mistakes happen it's Management that I have an issue with. read more
