Our server, Jyoti, Didn't get our order right at all and after an hour and a half of waiting to be seated then waiting for our food, we still hadn't ate. I ordered kids character cups with my kids drinks, she brought the drinks without the kids cups. When I asked for the kids cups, she said she would check if they still had some and when she came back to give us our appetizer, she said she couldn't find anymore kid cups. We ordered our food and I ordered my food with no pork and then all our food came out separately with the kids food first, then mine then my wife's. By the time I got my food, which had pork and had to be taken back to be redone, the kids were done eating their food already. Our server blamed the kitchen crew after she brought it back, and still my order was not right. I asked for my eggs scrambled and they weren't. Seeing our frustration, another server came by and asked if we needed anything, I said we were waiting on the rest of our food and I asked for more water. My kid asked the second server where her character cup was and she said did we order them, I said yes but we haven't gotten them, our server said you guys might be out. Then within a few minutes, our server came out with the cups and I asked for to go plates. Our server then apologized for the kitchen being busy and our food being messed up and said she wasn't going to charge us for the cups ( even though my kids had finished their eating their food and drinking their drinks.) I paid for our order after packing up our food and placed them in to go trays along with the kids empty character cups. It's safe to say, I will no longer visit this establishment after the lack of service we received. read more

This Denny's used to be a family favorite however has since been ruined due to extremely poor service and unprofessionalism. The server Shelby is a horrible server who would constantly skip our table. We sat for over 20 minutes in our booth with out even being offered any kind of drink let alone order our food. Then the manager Tammy continued to make poor excuses for Shelby's lack of work ethic and instead offered free breakfast. I'm not looking for free food I'm looking for a good quality family dine in. Horrible!! My husband and I stopped in to have biscuits and gravy and when they served it to us my husbands biscuits had avocado on them. Food is good. Do not come on Christmas Day unless you want to get your food 2 hours later after you order it. The service is TERRIBLE!!! Come late at night to have ok service. We placed an order for delivery online through Uber Eats for two nachos. We added notes to add cheese, put queso on the side, and add jalapeños. There was no option to add those things for a charge when ordering online so I called in advance to make sure there was no issue (we've never had issues with other restaurants) and if so, how I could go about adding the items to the order. I believe it was Ronnie (?) we spoke to who said he didn't think there was an extra charge and it should be fine and he'd make sure the queso was on the side. He then called back to tell us his manager said they can't send us the extra toppings and we couldn't pay for it over the phone with a gift card because they never let him do that and he didn't know how. He also said they accidentally put the queso on the nachos but it wasn't touching all of it. These people need training in customer service. We've received wrong orders, they've forgotten items before that probably cost much more than jalapeños, we've waited there way too long for our bill when we were the only table, and more. I hope a side of jalapeños and cheese that probably cost less than $2 total was worth losing a customer. read more

Didn't get good vibes from this Denny's right when I walked in. The staff waited a few minutes before seating me even though the restaurant was practically empty. The waitress tried to hassle me into ordering some specialty item each time she came by and I never got a refill on my $2.50 coffee. My biggest problem however came when I received my food. I had ordered my platter with scrambled eggs and they brought me over easy. Instead of leaving me the plate and bringing me new eggs, they took all of my food away and I didn't get my plate back until the rest of my party was already done with their food. I've eaten here many times while waiting for my car to be serviced. The food is good for a Denny's and the service has always been top notch. But today I almost walked out. Since when are dogs (other than service animals) allowed in a restaurant? I have two dogs myself and treat them like family... to a point. I just dropped one at the groomer's this morning. But, why would you bring your dog to a place where others are eating with their families? And more importantly, why would a restaurant allow it? I'm eating with my child and a couple walks past my table with a dog in a carrier. Worse, they were being escorted by the greeter. Don't know if I'll be back. I got a chicken sandwich and literally the chicken tastes like rubber. Couldnt even eat the thing. The service wasnt great either. The place was empty and still had to wait a long while for my rubbery chicken sandwich. I wouldnt recommend this place at all. My sandwich wasnt the only one with the rubbery chicken as 2 other people that came with me got the same thing. Dont come waste your money here. Our food was luke warm and our waitress was great! The huge issue I had was our waitress said my sons meal would be free because it was his birthday! But then I went to pay and the lady, Saran was very horrible! She asked for an Id! I repeated that my son is 12. She kept asking for an ID. I repeated he is 12 and is in elementary school. She asked for a school ID to show his age. However as far as I know school IDs do not show birthdates. She eventually put in his birthdate based on me saying it. Then she comped my 3 year olds meal saying he is a kid so it's a kids meal price, Although my 12 year old is too old for kids meal and he had a full adult meal. Where is customer service! If you haven't eaten at a Denny's before, I doubt you ever will. And if you have, then you basically know what to expect. The food here is on par with most other Denny's locations: it's nothing special, but it's usually worth what you pay. The only thing that stands out to me about this location is that it is always dead when I go, which is probably due to the poor service. Every time we drop in for lunch, we have to wait several minutes to be seated (despite whole sections of empty tables) and we have to wait even longer for someone to take our order. Most of the workers stand around with a bad attitude as if they are being forced their against their will, and the manager can usually be found yelling at them. But if you don't mind the wait or the drama, you can get a decent meal here. read more
