I was reluctant at first but my dad told me to just give it a shot. I went and bought the part for $150 and my dad helped me change it out. Its been a month and the car has been running PERFECT. The reason for my one star wishing I can put negative stars is for a female who assisted us first but before that while in line they are having a conversation with another employee and cussing out loud not showing professionalism. Once we were assisted by this female worker, just finding excuses to turn us away not understanding our request and not taking their time to look for our previous purchases or receipts. I feel very bad for the store manager as it shows she does not respect Octavian as a manager. I hope this gets looked into by district managers because imagine how many other customers have to receive bad customer service and be turned away feeling like there's no solution to their requests.
