    Demello 3rd Gen tacoma front bumper, no hoop.

    Products are built with amazing quality. Extremely strong front bumper on my tacoma for winching. Was told 4-8 weeks when I called and ordered. Ended up being 15 weeks. Requested updates 2 months after order, then every 1 month. Updates regarding status were not accurate. Then I got the bumper and didn't get the mounting hardware with the bumper. They had to ship it separate. Mounting bracket for the winch took 3 months to get afterwards and again the hardware wasn't supplied. Had to request again. Some attention to detail lacking, but products are really high quality when you do eventually get them. So 4 stars. Also, daily Instagram posts with incorrect spelling and/or grammar. All the attention to detail is on the product I guess.

    Great experience with my bumper purchase and install. Customer service and communication was excellent. I was helped by Vy throughout the whole process. I had no clue Demello was a full service shop. They performed the bumper install and a more aggressive BMC on my 4runner as requested. The work done was sooo clean, I was very impressed. These guys are top notch! The only regret I have was not buying a hoodie while I was there, haha.

    Absolutely out standing work, just had a new bumper put on (2011 FJ Cruiser) here with some new lights and a few other things. Sales manager Vy is awesome to talk to, gave me some really good advice with out making me feel stupid, and Jason the owner is the same way. I haven't been wheeling in about 12 years and have forgotten quite a few things, plus I used to drive a 2007 Wrangler so my fj is a very different animal. I've been to and talked to several off road performance shops here in town (N. Hollywood) and a lot of them have this "high fidelity" attitude and make you feel stupid for just asking a question. So I will sum this up by saying that 1 they have a great product, 2 they don't ask for your 1st and 2nd born when it comes to labor, and 3 they are just really coooooooool (I wish I could remember the name of the specialist that installed my bumper he did a great job) and to me that's well worth the drive.

    Everyone at DeMello Offroad has been nothing but professional, courteous and most of all patient. Everyone I have referred to DeMello, has told me after basically the same thing. Tiffany is an expert. (Not used lightly) Jason DeMello, no matter how much I feel I bug him for a silly question. Again very professional. I feel the staff there knows what they are doing. I've been 100% satisfied every time. I could honestly go on and on. Brake down of what they have done to my rig. 2016 Tacoma TRD OFF-Road ICON STAGE 4 DeMello Front bumper DeMello HYBRID Rock Sliders Re-did my terrible light job I did. It's perfect now.

The manager at the time ( German) was rude when I explained to him what happened & I needed the refund... he asked for the voided receipt, & I showed him that it did get pulled from my account. Even showed him a letter from my bank that it was deducted from my account. After 20mins of him looking through their books, called corporate... he came back rude & said it doesn't show in his system. Asked for my # & said corporate will call me. Also asked to take a copy of the receipt... well I didn't wait for that call. I just let my bank handle it at this time. Manager was rude as hell (German) to me like as if I stole from him. I told him yo go back & check his cameras. There he'll find his thief.

The service clerk who assisted me on a prior visit had sold me the incorrect bulb, so I returned to the store seeking an exchange for the correct part. When I explained the issue, a woman from behind the counter came forward to assist. After looking at the bulb, she insisted it was the correct part. I explained to her that it did not fit my vehicle. Instead of working with me to resolve the situation, her response was dismissive and unhelpful. I left the store feeling frustrated, unassisted, and dissatisfied with the service I received. As a customer, I expect AutoZone staff to provide accurate information and courteous service. This experience fell far short of that standard. I am requesting that this matter be reviewed and addressed so that future customers do not experience the same treatment. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response. The reason for my one star wishing I can put negative stars is for a female who assisted us first but before that while in line they are having a conversation with another employee and cussing out loud not showing professionalism. Once we were assisted by this female worker, just finding excuses to turn us away not understanding our request and not taking their time to look for our previous purchases or receipts. I feel very bad for the store manager as it shows she does not respect Octavian as a manager. I hope this gets looked into by district managers because imagine how many other customers have to receive bad customer service and be turned away feeling like there's no solution to their requests. But BIG 5 stars to store manager Octavian thank you.
