I called and got Stephanie in the office who was a pleasure to talk to, and had every answer I was looking for. So I ordered a rack that wasn't right, but would get the job done. When I arrived to pick up the incorrect rack, Chris, the very nice owner came out to speak with me. We came to the conclusion that the modular that I was looking for wouldn't work. So he and Stephanie talked to the crew, which said they could build me my custom rack complete in just about 4 hours. From measuring the truck, to the rack complete with powder coating and installation in under four hours for at least 20% less than fair market prices. I would use this company again in a half a heartbeat, and I don't think anyone in the world could match the level of customer service that I received today. Great product, great prices, great staff. 5stars through Update: 3 months later, and over 15,000 lbs loaded and unloaded on and off of this rack, and it still looks as strong straight and new as the day I bought it. A month later, I was told it would still be a few weeks because they had moved and didn't bother notifying me or that this would delay the shipping. I eventually canceled this after receiving more notices of delay delays but only when I contacted them. Rather than refunding me via my original payment method, they decided to refund me through PayPal, but marked it as me having made a sale of goods to them which incurred a processing fee. They then disputed this on Paypal and had their money returned to them. This left me with a $15 dispute loss fee and Paypal's processing fee of $26.98. They mailed me checks for the original purchase amount, but expect me to deal with Paypal fees and refuse to reply to my contact efforts.

Ben, the owner, personally responded and addressed the issue head-on. That matters. They acknowledged that moisture intrusion is unacceptable, explained that the issue was escalated to the manufacturer, and made it clear they take this seriously. More importantly, they didn't deflect or argue--they immediately offered to make it right and are overnighting replacement light pods to me. Yes, the original product failed, and yes, that was frustrating. But products do fail sometimes. What separates companies is how they respond when that happens. In this case, they stood behind their product without hesitation. Looking back, I'll own that I was reactionary because I was frustrated. Lesson learned on my end as well--next time, reaching out directly before assuming the worst is probably the better first step. Based on their response, accountability, and willingness to stand behind what they sell, I'm giving them another shot. That kind of customer support matters, and it deserves to be recognized.
