    Great Products and Great Quality, I installed the grille in a few hours myself on a Saturday including wiring in the light and am very pleased with the look and results. Their instructions good with a photo of each step on the truck it's going onto so it's not just a generic step by step list of directions. The fit and finish are better than I have seen out there and the products come with a satin finish.

    I'm in love with my new grille insert!! Fast shipping, great quality, and a beautiful finish. Totally recommend this to anyone that wants a clean smooth look. This grille insert is what completed the puzzle to my OBS!!

    Customer service is great! Communication via email was very quick when most of the time can be very slow vs a phone call. The product I ordered was delivered a lot quicker than expected and is also a quality produced item. Very happy with my experience! Looking forward to ordering in the future.

In my experience, they lack professional expertise, their efficiency is extremely poor, and they show little regard for their customers' time or concerns. On March 16, 2026, I brought my 2020 Mercedes E450 to this shop because of a check engine light. I had already scanned the car at AutoZone, which showed a P0299 code indicating a turbo underboost issue, and I clearly informed them of this. At the time, there were only two people in the shop. Despite providing them with the diagnostic code, I waited there for an entire day and still received no clear answer. It ultimately took them one full week just to diagnose the problem. In the second week, they presented me with an estimate, charging $285 per hour in labor. Since my car had already been there for over a week, I reluctantly agreed to proceed with their recommendation, which was to remove the turbocharger assembly and repair the wastegate rattle flapper (including welding). I also paid a 60% deposit upfront as requested by Kenny. They then told me I needed to wait two more weeks for parts, and promised that once the parts arrived, the repair would be completed within three days. However, this promise was not honored. The parts arrived on April 16, yet they took another 11 days to complete the work, repeatedly telling me the job was "not simple" and required more time. In total, I waited 39 days before finally getting my car back on April 23. They asked me to test drive the car for one day before paying the remaining balance, which I did. I paid the full amount -- approximately $3,800 -- the following evening. Then, within two days, the check engine light came back on with the same issue. I immediately contacted Kenny. Instead of taking responsibility, he told me that now the turbo had "another problem" and suggested that I should replace both turbochargers if I wanted a "worry-free" solution. So my question is: What exactly was repaired over those 39 days? Why was I not told from the beginning that the turbo itself might be the issue? And why am I now being asked to pay again for what appears to be a misdiagnosis or ineffective repair? What made the situation even worse was his response over text: "If you don't think repair is the way to go, you could decline the service at first." This is completely unreasonable. If I knew how to fix my car myself, I would not have brought it to a repair shop in the first place. In addition, when I received my car back, my leather steering wheel had visible damage that was not there before. This is the level of service I received after 39 days and $3,800. To anyone considering this shop: If you value your time, your money, and your vehicle, this is not the place to go. Not only did they fail to fix the problem, but they also caused significant delays and additional issues.
