Every edge is tucked cleanly, the seams are virtually invisible around complex body curves and trim, and the finish looks completely seamless under their inspection lighting. The front windshield skin turned out equally pristine--crystal clear with zero optical distortion, giving me complete peace of mind against rock chips on technical mountain drives and highway commutes alike. What really makes Premier Armor special is the people behind it. Nick and Daddy treat every car that rolls through their doors as if it were their own. Their communication, transparency, and pride in their work are rare to find. They kept me updated throughout the entire process and took the time to walk me through post-care maintenance with genuine passion. If you care about perfection, clean installs, and working with good, honest people who take pride in their craft, bring your car to Nick and Daddy at Premier Armor. Highest recommendation possible.

I brought my vehicle in to have the wrap repaired/re-wrapped after one side of the vehicle had been…read moredamaged. Unfortunately, the quality of the finished work is not what I expected from a professional wrap shop. The photos speak for themselves. There are obvious areas where the film has been cut short, leaving exposed sections along the edge, uneven/jagged cuts, and areas where the film is already lifting/peeling. This isn't simply a matter of a small edge needing to be sealed--the underlying issue is the way the film was cut and installed. I appreciate that the business offered to address the problem by re-sealing the edges. However, I don't believe re-sealing fixes the actual issue when the film itself doesn't adequately cover the panel and has been cut unevenly. Additionally, I was informed by Danny, another reason for this was the car was picked up the next day. Of which, I find rather funny considering my car was dropped off on Thursday and given back on Monday due to an unforeseen incident of braking my tail light as part of the process and needing to replace it. Those pics can be shared at another time. What was particularly frustrating was the discussion afterward. Rather than simply acknowledging the workmanship issue, I was repeatedly asked what my "expectations" were and was given explanations such as the car kit being too small. If the kit is in fact too small to properly cover the intended area, that should be identified before installation rather than used afterward to explain visible deficiencies in the finished product. I'm not expecting perfection, but I do expect clean cuts, proper coverage, properly finished edges, and professional workmanship--especially when paying for a re-wrap. I am posting this review because I hope the owner sees the photos and understands that my concern isn't about being overly picky, @nick I actually came here out of your own recommendation at Corona cars and coffee. The issue is plainly visible in the finished product. I would have preferred to have this resolved by addressing the actual installation problem rather than being told that the condition is essentially the result of the kit being too small. With this being stated, I am sure I will see you again at cars and coffee and you can see for yourself. We can then revisit this if a proper resolution is provided. Update: Since posting my original review, the owner, Nick, personally reached out to discuss my concerns. I appreciate that he took the time to listen, understand the issues I raised, and work toward a resolution. He offered what I believe is a fair and reasonable solution, which demonstrates that he genuinely cares about his customers and the reputation of his business. While my original concerns regarding the workmanship remain valid based on the condition of the vehicle when it was returned to me, I also believe it's important to recognize businesses that make a sincere effort to make things right when concerns are brought to their attention. Nick's willingness to engage directly, acknowledge my concerns, and work toward a satisfactory outcome speaks highly of his customer service and commitment to his clients. Once the corrective work has been completed, I look forward to updating this review again to reflect the final results and, hopefully, provide a more complete and positive assessment of the quality of work this shop is capable of delivering. At the end of the day, how a business responds when things don't go perfectly is just as important as the original work itself. Based on my interaction with Nick, I can see why many customers continue to support and recommend this shop.

I want to follow up on my previous review because credit should be given where it's due…read more After posting my original review, ZROADZ Offroad reached out directly--within 24 hours. Ben, the owner, personally responded and addressed the issue head-on. That matters. They acknowledged that moisture intrusion is unacceptable, explained that the issue was escalated to the manufacturer, and made it clear they take this seriously. More importantly, they didn't deflect or argue--they immediately offered to make it right and are overnighting replacement light pods to me. Yes, the original product failed, and yes, that was frustrating. But products do fail sometimes. What separates companies is how they respond when that happens. In this case, they stood behind their product without hesitation. Looking back, I'll own that I was reactionary because I was frustrated. Lesson learned on my end as well--next time, reaching out directly before assuming the worst is probably the better first step. Based on their response, accountability, and willingness to stand behind what they sell, I'm giving them another shot. That kind of customer support matters, and it deserves to be recognized.

My experience with them is the worst for a job paid and horrible customer service, lack of communication. Pictures are worth a thousand words and I have couple pictures to prove how crappy the job was done. Mind you the ball was on their court last time we spoke and I stopped waiting for them to come to my house to fix the work that needed correcting. (They themselves offered to come to my house and do it yet still hasn't been done!!!!!!) I wouldn't want them touching my truck ever again!!!!!!!! And the lines of communication have been closed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'll have the last word through this review and make sure others know of what and how they can do a job. We wanted to chrome delete my truck. They never told my husband and I they couldn't wrap handles. My husband NEVER said " it doesn't have to be perfect" because trust me, they didn't do a near perfect job anyways!!!!!!! I didn't expect perfect, but damn!!!!!,,,,, the job they did was garbage. Don't expect it to last either. There was bubbles all over and the vynal was lifting and the vynal was not covering all the chrome in some areas THE DAY I WENT TO PICK IT UP. Mind you, They had it for almost THREE DAYS!!!!!! I did point out certain things when I picked it up the FIRST-time. And mentioned that I'll be bringing it back to get it corrected. There was bubbles in other spots and I know if those ripped, those spots could lift over time through washing my truck or just over time. My truck isn't that old and well taken care of for how old it is. Couple of the areas needed correction were done. However, he couldn't do the handles and said he had told us. (LIE). He ordered black handles and didn't realize that they werent the keyless entry handles my truck came with. (INCONVENIENCE) the keyless entry handles I took to another place to get wrapped and they seemed to do get the job done right! I could post our conversations and show the excuses they gave us and all that but the work done speaks louder. My passenger door STILL looks like crap with bubbles ALL along the window seal. It's horrible!!!!!!!! I have little kids and I can't be left without a car to transport us around so they couldn't take their time and still not get it right. It was such an inconvenience!!!!!!!!!!! Took it back a second time to get some parts fixed. I told them that too. I can't be taking back time and time again because they couldn't do the job right the first time! NEVER. AGAIN. My mind is blown how they can be ok with a job like this. I'll release the messages about them saying "I completely forgot about this" and never messaged back about the time I wanted them to return to fix the work. I never gave them my address because I wanted them to be ok with the time I had thrown out there but they never replied. They are LIARS AND I WILL RELEASE THE MESSAGES SHOWING THEY LIED ABOUT COMING TO FIX IT AND FORGOT TO COME OUT. Once I posted this review he fessed up about forgetting to reply to me or even coming out to fix the window. End of story.......My experience, my rating.
