I don't do a lot of dry cleaning so am not the expert. These folks do a good job and everything is delivered on time. They may be a little pricier than other dry cleaners but are very convenient to my house so worth it. read more

Very disappointed in this dry cleaner. I took in my wedding dress to have the bottom cleaned came to pick it up a week later not only could they not get the stain out but they were trying to charge me $200. This dress was only worth $200 and I explained that as well as advised the stain wasnt removed so why would i pay full price for a service that they were unable to do? I even offered to pay $75 even though the stain was not removed but they refuse to give me the dress back for anything less than $150.00. This was the worst experience not to mention they still have my dress. read more

Nice family place right next to where I live. The same women is there every time I have dropped off or picked up, no matter the time. She must work 60 hr weeks. Besides that: 1. Prices are on par with anything else around. 2. They have never been late and always have my clothes ready when they say they will. 3. The one time I had a difficult stain, she admitted she wasn't sure it would come out, but marked it anyway and said she would look.... it came out fine, and same price as normal. 4. They do a perfect job pressing the shirt. Really it is better than normal. Too many times I have had shirts that have had bad press lines or got partly wrinkled again on the arms of sleeves right when picked up. never happened here. read more

Not sure if this is a frequent occurrence, but I didn't receive my items at the time it was promised. This establishment doesn't dryclean onsite so be careful of late deliveries. I was promised my items would be ready after 5pm the next day and my items weren't there when I came by at 6pm. I had to wait more than fifteen minutes for my items to be delivered. My items finally came, I paid and no apologies what-so-ever for this incident. Sorry, Deluxe, but you have lost a customer. read more

Prices are outrageous and inconsistent. I picked up my second order and was charged higher prices for similar garments. Not going back.

I've been taking my clothes here for about 6 months and I have never had a bad experience. The same woman takes my clothes each time and she always smiles and is very efficient. My clothes are dry cleaned and since have a light starch. They will sew on buttons and take out (most) stains. Easy to get in and out on my way to work. Give them a try I think you will be pleased. read more

Awesome...I called and spoke with the nice lady on the phone about a rush job. She stated that they are open on Saturdays and if I dropped off the dry cleaning on Friday at 5 and they would be ready Saturday morning. When I arrived to pick up the clothes they were fully pressed to my desirability and the prices were truly reasonably priced I would highly recommend this place for anyone who has no time to deal with weekday cleaning. And one last thing they are open late hours. read more

On my first visit, I had a bad, red food stain on a white cotton blouse. I honestly had no hope they'd be able to remove it. I have pretty bad luck with successful stain removal at cleaners. But it was completely gone! I will be back! Nice clean place and friendly service too. read more

I would NOT recommend this place. I was in town for the holiday and got soap on my white coat so I decided to drop it off at Deluxe cleaner because it was conveniently close to where I was staying. When I got there, I showed the manager where the stains were on the coat, she acknowledged the stains and told me when to pick it up. I was hesitant to leave because she did not mark the stains, so I told her again about the stains, and again she looked at them and said they would try to get them out. When I went to pick up my coat, I handed the lady my credit card, which she immediately swiped. I took a look at my coat and noticed the poor job and quality of this dry cleaner. The coat stains looked exactly the same as when I dropped it off. When I told the lady that I wanted my money back, $26, she said it is not their policy to refund money, instead they could try again. It was obvious that the coat was never marked as having stains, so they never tried in the first place. However, that was not an option for me because I was heading back home the next day, which I explained to the lady. The lady said the only way to get money back was by talking to the manager who was not coming in that day. I asked her to phone the manager but she said the manager was actually out of town and could not be reached. The lady then asked for the best number to reach me at so the manager could call me first thing Monday morning. After I gave her my cell phone number, the lady said she would let the manager know about the situation and for her to call me Monday morning BUT just in case I should have someone stop by the dry cleaner on Monday to talk to the manager, in case the manager doesn't get around to calling me. Of course the manager never called. This location has terrible customer service and is a ripoff! The manager refused to refund the $26. I took the coat to a dry cleaner back home and the stain completely came out, on the first try. read more

To whom it may concern, As a first timer at Deluxe Cleaners, I went to check the prices, times, etc. Feeling excited to try this new place; I left my clothes there, pants to be dry cleaned and shirts to be laundered. Shortly after leaving, I received a phone call informing me that all 11 shirts were considered 'women's blouses' and would be $4.99 each vs. the $1.95 discussed. I asked her to launder the shirts just like men's shirts and she said 'it just won't happen'. She said the buttons will melt. I thought to myself, all cotton shirts can be laundered. (all of my shirts were cotton) Even their web site says this: Laundry process uses detergents that keep materials color bright. 100% cotton materials is absolutely safe to process in commercial laundry. The garments are washed and starched as your choice of level for either soft or crisp finish. Shirts can be in either hangers or folded as your preference. We suggest laundry for only 100% cotton materials, rest should be dry cleaned. Disappointed with this customer experience, I will pick my clothes up on Tuesday and will never be back again. Tuesday morning I stopped to pick up my clothes. Over the weekend, I had located a coupon for dry cleaned pants and blouses $4.59 to help with the unexpected expense. I presented the coupon and the woman told me that I needed to bring it when I dropped clothes off. She finally accepted the coupon, but for the pants only. She said the blouses were laundered, not dry cleaned and would not give the discount for the shirts. She told me not to start the day off this way, (I was quite amazed by this comment). So, I asked for clarification; here it is: the shirts could be dry cleaned or laundered, both $4.99. The coupon only applied if I had asked for the shirts to be dry cleaned. But, they were laundered and women's blouses cost $4.99 per blouse. Go figure this out! read more
