It can be hard at times to get a washer available and sometimes it's very busy. And you have to fight to get a washer other than that the place is always clean the washers and dryers are never broken down so they're winning on that part.

They came back the next day and had them fix their mistake by redoing my shirts and asking them to deliver using HANGERS to avoid wrinkles. I placed 2 orders and it seemed that everything was fine until yesterday when they did it again, my shirts were delivered WRINKLED and packed inside a bag. I called their customer service number twice yesterday and once today and nobody has called me back, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE if I had a different choice while I'm in Austin I would definitely use that and not this company.
