We've schedule pick up the night before and they came early the next morning. The service is fast. We get our laundry back in 2 or 3 hours. The clothes are nicely packaged and look great. The value is good for us for the effort saved. They offer discounted packages, which we'll check out if we decide to use them long term. The service I use includes washing. drying and folding. I have some items that I like to air-dry. I simply put those dirty items on hangers and they are returned the same way (cleaned, of course) so I can continue to air dry at home. I sent the laundry out in the linen liner from my hamper. It came back laundered as well. Laundry is returned in a sturdy and safe NoScrubs labeled laundry bag for future use. Our usual load is 20 pounds or under. Just to note, they don't do things like area rugs, etc. Towels, bedding are accepted. Be sure to tip your cleaner because it's well deserved. With tipping, the pricing is still less than or equal to what I pay using the laundry room at my apartment complex. However, those washers don't always do the best job. Highly recommend.

I had 4, 4 load washing machines ready when I walked in and by the time they were done I had 4 dryers ready! I spent $50 and used 5 huge washers and 5 dryers total. So much clothes.... 2 hours of folding. Smells very good inside, they open doors and spray air freshener when people bring in stinky stuff. The floors were swept every 20 mins by another staff member. Trash cans available at the ends of every row Will be coming back & no need to search for any other place. Even when my washing machine is repaired I still want to come here anyways! They offer load & leave services and much more!
