Felt like I should leave a comment because I am a loyal customer to this location for the last 3 years and usually see Uka (who I love). I do usually get a manicure, however today my cousin and I came in to get 2 manipedis with gel polish. We scheduled our appointment and arrived back on time to get it today. After picking out our color, we were informed that the gel polish for a pedicure would be an up charge to $70. I was super confused because it is usually is 45 and clearly states on their website that it is 45 (unless you decided to get a fancier or more lavish type of pedicure). My cousin and I just stood there trying to reason with the two women because we were very caught off guard by this 25 dollar up-charge just to get gel instead of regular nail polish. Not to mention what they were saying did not match up with what was stated online and what they have done multiples times for me in the past. I can not reason paying 70 dollars for a simple gel pedicure so we both had to politely cancel it and apologize. We still ended up getting our nails done, but the whole time my nail tech was very rude and seemed mad at me. I also am extremely disappointment that we waited 2 hours to get our appointment just to be haggled and sold at a higher price because we clearly were not familiar with this "new charge". Has anyone else been paying 70 for a gel pedicure? When was the change made and if it truly was made then that should be corrected online. read more

First time customer. Made an appointment 2 days ahead. Came into the salon for the first time and no one greeted me. I sat down and after 15 minutes a lady came up and asked me what I wanted done. I told her a pedicure. She did not ask my name or if I had an appointment. She directed me to sit in a chair. There was no water in the foot basin. After 10 more minutes of waiting while sitting in the chair I got up and left. Again no one talked to me while waiting in the chair. Not a welcoming salon at all. What is the point of making an appointment if you still end up waiting? Will NOT be coming back. read more

I wish I could give a better review. I had an appointment today for a shellac manicure. The tech asked if I would like my nails trimmed. I said just a little. I also advised I like my nails shaped straight on the sides and square tip. Which she acknowledged. She trimmed my pinky nail which was fine but then started to file the nail taking off the corner completely. When I reminded her I like the sides straight and the tips square she began filing my nail across to even out. I voice twice please stop your filing my nail off. I pulled my hand back to get her to stop. She had filed my nail clear down to my finger tip. She then went to the next nail and again took off the corner. At this point I asked that she not file or cut any of my nails. I keep my nails 1/4" or longer. So now I either had to file all nails down or have a tip placed. Which another tech had to come over to do. I had also mention at the start that I had a nail that was cracked into the quick but not yet a complete break. if she could be careful there when taking off the old product. She kept kept lifting the area looking at it and it gave way on the edge. She fixed this with some type of paper and glue. Upon being done I was advised of my fee which was $6 more than quoted. I was told it was because I had a broken nail and they charge $6 for that to be fixed. I was not given an apology for the my nail being filed off or offered for any kind of discount. When I left and was out in the light I could see the product did not fully cover several nails and where uneven areas with air bubbles. Definitely not worth the $66 I paid read more

Yikes! I called and made appointment ahead of time for a pedicure and dip powder ombre manicure. Pedicure and massage was good. But the dip ombre mani came out very bad. Even my tech agreed it looked weird. Just not the ombre effect you would expect; very weird coloring. I did specify on the phone I wanted dip ombre mani so I think it could reasonably be expected that they would be prepared to do it. We ended up taking it off and she offered to do a solid color dip mani. At this point I had been there 2 hours so I just asked for same as what I got during my pedicure since I had other stuff I wanted to do today. I guess as a function of wanting to get me out quickly she didn't clean the residue from the failed dip mani? Idk I just don't think anyone should leave a salon with nails/fingers looking like this. Especially after paying 65 plus tip for it, (I did still leave a tip because pedi was not bad). Anyway, you could definitely get a better experience else where. read more

I hate to leave a bad review to a nail salon that I love to visit. Today I came in for a gel soak-off. I was helped by a young lady with name initial that starts with letter "O". I can't recall if the name is Onyo. She was harsh! I can tell she wasn't happy helping me and was rude all throughout the service. She kept complaining to her coworkers and whispering to her language. Her body language & facial expression says it all. It was horrible! She was filing my nail really hard until I have to pull my hand and tell her it hurts. She didn't apologize and continued. I figured she didn't speak english so I moved on. However, the moment she tried to cut my nail while I can see that my nail is still filled with gel polish, I seek help with her coworkers & told them that I didn't want her to assist me anymore. I'm so thankful for Miga & the friendly lady that speaks more fluent in english (I wish I could have ask for her name). The friendly lady went to rescue right away and checked in. Miga took over and I just felt a great relief! She was so gracious, kind and efficient. I will still come back to this nail salon but def wouldn't go for the young lady that needs more training with her communication skills & customer service. I was next door at the massage place so I thought I could give a try .Not a fan. The girl who did my pedicure rushed her work on my pedicure and was not personal . She seemed unhappy . She rushed cleaning my cuticles and also did a horrible job painting. I came home and it's all crooked and some nail polish is still sitting on my skin ! I will never come back . So expensive. Elsewhere I pay $25 for regular pedicure when this place charges $35. Ok charge more because the place looks a bit fancy .. but doesn't matter when the service isn't there . First time using this mail salon and I'd go back. They were well staffed for a late morning pedicure. They have plenty of polishes to pick from but I brought my own. I got the second tier charcoal pedicure as suggested by my nail tech. He did a good job although he never told me his name or me gave very little verbal requests. Apparently I was verrry tense because I even got a heat pack. I also had my first gel manicure here. They don't do extensions, so there's no nasty chemical smell, and the place is super super clean. So I went to this place with my friend to get manicures. It was the worst manicure I've ever had. My friend got everything done right. The woman soaked her nails in the warm water, massaged her hands after applying the lotion and then with a warm towel. Her tech also spent time on getting all the dead cuticle off her fingers. Mine. Well. She barley even gave me a scrub. Nothing. It was really fast and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered with my nails. I'm a person of color in an area that does not see a lot of people of color. Does she not know how to do my nails because of my skin color. Was she just bothered by me for some reason? I was just really unhappy. I haven't done my nails in a while due to covid and was really looking forward to this moment. Like it doesn't even look like I got my nails done. Over grown cuticles are still very visible. Even my friend pointed out the difference in our service even through we got the same thing. It was just really disappointing. I loved Dazzling Nails last time I was there and was wondering how they would handle the COVID changes. They kept people apart, have a mask policy, if you were early they asked you to wait in your car until they could take you and the team was constantly cleaning. They had hand sanitizer at the door and plastic between you and your nail technician for the manicure. Not only did it feel safe but it was still a relaxing and wonderful experience. This place is clean, consistent, and gives excellent service. After moving to Denver I thought finding a new "go to" nail salon was going to be difficult but this place made it easy to be a regular at. For others that have given this place anything less than 4-5 stars, all I can say is that it must have been an off day or the reviewers are exaggerating. I've never made an appointment here and they always take great care of me. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes and while I'm waiting they have a designated masseuse to give you a shoulder massage while you're waiting. And the prices! The prices are some of the lowest I've been able to find and the quality of work is at least equivalent if not better than what most nail salons offer. read more

I have been going to Dazzling Nails for over two years now (every three weeks). Saturday june 2nd 2022 I have an appointment for a gel mani/Pedi. The Pedi was wonderful. The mani...not so much. I asked for gel tips and french manicure on top of that. They informed me that they had a new gel product that they thought would work so I said ok. The whole process took 3 hours ($160)! I was late picking up my 13 year old daughter). when I walked out i noticed that they had not done any of the clean up of gel under the ends of the nails. I had a solid wedge of gel under every nail. I picked up my daughter and went back so they could drill that all out and they told me to wait and then ask me to make another appointment. I had already spent 3 hours there and did not have time. I had to go and PAY someone else to do it. This is the 3rd time this same lady has messed up my nails. The first two times I did not say anything. Now I will just look for a new nail salon. I just tried out Dazzling Nails since it had good reviews and was close to me and I'll definitely be back! Not only did the employees all wear masks, but they still have the plexiglass up at the manicure stations. Plus, 3 out of the 4 other people getting their nails done wore their masks which makes a difference to me. Miga gave me a pedicure and did a great job! Zaya gave me a fabulous pedicure. I picked the Peppermint Pedicure, it was significantly more than the basic, but I wouldn't say it was worth more. Just not as pepperminty as I expected. Despite that, Zaya did a great job massaging my feet and removing callouses. I think you'd be happy with a basic pedicure from Zaya. Great service. read more

Dazzling nails has a HUGE pedicure menu compared to other places as well as an awesome selection of polishes (including so many gel and shellac colors)! I especially love how it is always quiet and relaxing, unlike some salons where there is lots of noise, which defeats the purpose of my spa days. Another plus is their pedicure chairs! I don't know if it is because they are brand new but it is probably one of the nicest chairs I've been in with so many options for a massage (lower, mid, upper including what type of movement and intensity level) its as if I'm getting an actual massage AND getting a pedicure at the same time! I was in Highlands Ranch visiting my son and his family. My daughter-in-law is a hard-working mom of two so I wanted to pamper her a bit. I invited her for a mani/pedi date and she eagerly accepted. After reading so many positive reviews here, I decided to try Dazzling Nails and called to make our appointment for the next day. We arrived right on time and were ushered to our side by side thrones. We were so comfy in the clean, bright atmosphere! Technician Dodor did my DIL's and technician Soko did mine. What a difference a good technician can make! Dodor did a great job listening, communicating, and practicing her craft. My DIL's feet and hands look great. She's very pleased with how it turned out. My experience wasn't so great. Soko spoke so quietly that I could barely hear her and I could hardly understand her. Each time I asked her a question she hesitated or looked to Dodor for help. Her lack of confidence made me feel ill at ease. Soko did a good job on my pedi. But she didn't ask me if the water temp was ok. She actually didn't speak or look me in the eye at all during the entire pedicure. A bit odd. I opted for gel on my fingernails. She put it on so thick that it looks almost like acrylic, which I've never liked. And one week later, it's chipping and looks like it might start peeling from the cuticle. Buyer beware. Had appointment for 2 pedicures. Arrived on time waited 30 minutes and short staffed so only one pedicure was done.

We went here because our normal nail salon (Magic Nails on Wildcat) is closed and we were desperate. The nail techs were very closed off and not welcoming, despite attempts at conversation. The mani and pedi procedures were great though, with scrubs and lotions. However they were very rough with the cuticle care and rough with the manicure tools. I would say it was a good mani/pedi for the moment, but nothing special and i won't go back. read more

I love this place. It's extremely clean and there's no strong chemical smell since they don't do acrylics. They use disposable liners in the pedi baths which I appreciate. Each of the technicians I've been to have done a great job in my pedicures and manicures, gel and regular. I love this place. Honestly I go in with half my nails down to almost bleeding and the other half a haphazard mess of long and jagged. Bella has always done an amazing job, I've also seen Miga and she does good. Whatever magic Bella works, keeps my nails on until I end up picking them off because I wait too long. I groom dogs for a living, so my hands spend most the days in water so the fact that they hold up for 2+ weeks is a miracle. I've recently started getting pedicures as well, so far I have tried the peppermint and the milk one, I love them both and will continue to get them.
