This business is run by a young man who communicates well, very responsive and flexible to the customers's needs. I wanted to replace the garage door opener as it had been broken for a while. I told him the issues and he gave me a quote. I ordered the opener from Amazon so we scheduled for him to install the day after. However, Amazon failed to deliver on time. I related the I to and we were able to reschedule for the following day. He came out and worked quickly to replace and also diagnosed other issues with the garage door. He had to make adjustments because it was misaligned and that eventually the door may need to be replaced, which he does not do. Overall, he did addd on $50 to the bill for the door adjustments. I recently purchased a home which came with an older garage door and parts including the sensors and remote. Surprise! In my first month the sensors became unreliable which would prevent the door from closing. I called Daystar on a Sunday and got an appointment for Monday morning. Great! The guy did seem a little like I was a bother and didn't want to be working. Monday morning comes no one shows or calls. I call to find out the operator I spoke to double booked the technician and could they come later? Fine but it would have been nice if they called to let me know about the oversight. Technician shows up. He quickly figured the issue with the sensors and had them replaced in under 1/2 hour. I also had him provide a new remote opener. The only reason I deducted one star is that the individual that answered my initial call on Saturday assured me the technician would arrive at noon the following day, but Dayo did not arrive until one. When asked why I didn't get a call explaining the delay, Dayo said the person I spoke to should have given me a two hour window instead of a specific arrival time. With that said, Dayo was exceptionally good at his craft. After approving the quoted new system installation price, I asked how long it would take. He said "One hour". I didn't believe it, but the old system was removed, all the moving hinges were oiled, the new unit was installed, an exterior keypad that I had was installed and my phone control app was installed all in 58 minutes. He has installed the Chamberlain system so many times that there are no wasted motions in his work flow. It was a pleasure watching him work. I would recommend him very highly. read more

I messaged them at night 11 PM, that I will go with them, and provided my address, and the technician was here at 9:40 in the morning, and the job was done by 10:15 AM.
