I received an ETA text and David arrived at approximately 8:30 am. David was so very professional, polite and promptly went to work to fix the problem. He also suggested a full door inspection and I asked for lubrication to make the door quieter. All was done and all works perfectly now. My husband tested the door and noted that it was harder to lift than before but had no problem with the change. However, I am not as strong and had a very difficult time, both opening the door (felt very heavy) and closing the door (it required two hands) because it came down so fast. Early yesterday morning I called and asked if Adam Door could make the door work more easily. Adam was at my house before 2:30 pm, adjusted the tension of the mechanism, and made the operation of the door much better. He apologized for our inconvenience and did not charge an additional fee.
