AJ gave me a fair price and also offered his professional estimate free of charge. I think what sold me vs what I was looking before was just that. One company was asking for a $125 estimate fee that was not going to be included in the fix. AJ was honest and fixed my issue immediately. That's what stood out to me. He was also really quick on responding to me and my request which was great. If you have any issues with your garage I would highly recommend AJ and Garage Door Solutions. read more

My garage door had a broken tension wire and it was around 8PM where another company would schedule me for the following morning, AJ and his co-worker immediately diagnosed the issues by a few pictures. The reasonable price made it a no brainer and they were 30 minutes away. Better to have a working garage door than to deal with opening and closing it manually. As soon as they arrived, they hopped out of their vehicle and went right to work. Like garage elves, they made that garage door look better than when I bought the place. I told them if they are able to repair anything else, let me know. Their fast and efficient abilities were amazing. I highly recommend this company for trustworthy service that responds 24/7 with 5 star service! read more

Heard a cable snap while opening my garage door. Door still open and close but wanted to proactively take care of before anything happens. Garage Door Solutions had great reviews and able to come the next day after I contacted them. The technician who came out was great and did not try to upsell anything. He said door was fine after he made some adjustments but I asked him to replace the rollers since these have a lifetime and mine was getting there. Definitely recommended. read more

Overall good experience and quality work. I needed two replacement doors and openers for our new property. AJ was straight forward, had consistent communication, and the price was the price (which seemed reasonable). Install was good. There was a mistake where the wrong openers were installed; however, AJ was quick to remedy it. He responded to my residence later that day and handled the reinstall himself and upgraded the openers. Would recommend. read more

Quick response time, professional service, very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Our garage door has been louder than normal while closing and finally the top bracket detached from the door, preventing the door to work properly and from securely closing. Using Yelp's Project feature, we put out a request to repair the issue to multiple companies and AJ from GDS responded very quickly, immediately informing us he can do same-day service with an estimated quote based off the described and pictured issue. we scheduled the next available time slot and he was here by then. AJ was very professional. He inspected the issue, informed us of what went wrong and how he would fix it and confirmed the final quote, which was around the estimated quote given. He worked efficiently to repair the bracket and he tested the garage door thoroughly to confirm that the issue was fixed. We would definitely contact Garage Door Solutions again. read more
