I purchased my home about a year ago and until now I figured I needed to have someone come and check out the door for any issues or for just standard maintenance. Came today, Friday afternoon to check and diagnose my single garage door. Couldn't find anything major that needed addressing, except some noisy hinges which he replaced quickly.
