Advanced Garage Doors was a pleasure to work with. We needed new doors and he showed us various models and styles. Sam was great and accommodated all our needs. His crew, Sergio, was punctual, polite and installed the new doors expertly, making sure everything was working well before they left. They look great and I highly recommend them. read more

We greatly appreciate the service provided by Sam! read more

Sam gave an accurate estimate, arrived on time and fixed my garage door the next day. His experience helped me get comfortable that there wouldn't be surprises and he repaired rather than replaced my door. The price was right; great value. Also, I appreciate doing business with the owner as a small business owner myself. Great communication throughout. Can't recommend enough. read more

Our garage door would sometimes bounce back open immediately after closing. We tried cleaning the rubber gasket along the bottom and ensuring no leaves blocked the aligned sensors but after a while we gave up and called Advanced Garage Doors LLC. What a difference! We replaced the nylon rollers, a cracked hinge, and had lubrication done. All wonderful recommendations from the tech who performed the service. Cost was $364 and worth every penny. The garage door is much more quiet when moving than it was before. No more reopening by itself! I highly recommend this company for anything related to garage door performance. The appointment was easy to make, a simple call on the phone that was answered right away. read more

This is a responsive, skilled and efficient business. Repeat customer and 100% pleased with the result. The business owner, Sam, answers the phone 24x7x365 in my experience. Appointment window was two hours, confirmed on the day of service and met conveniently. The problems, a broken torsion spring and a broken lift motor bracket, were addressed quickly. Repair was completed in well under an hour using parts available on the truck. Sam is a good communicator and explained what he was doing as the job proceeded. Complete inspection, tightening and lubrication of all hinges, rollers and tracks was performed. Advice as to maintenance schedule provided. Yes, I've learned that the duty life of torsion springs is on the order of 10K cycles. Glad to have this no-fuss, no-muss service available for the largest moving part of my home. read more

Sam did a great job. He got back to me quickly, and was very professional and friendly. He came within the quoted timeframe.

called with a broken 16-foot garage door spring at 8:00 am and Advanced was at the house by 12:30, finished in an hour. I highly recommend Sam and Advanced Garage Doors. He went above and beyond locating new doors for us that matched and match our shop door which faces our driveway. An Amazon driver ran into one of our doors and destroyed it, including the aluminum framing around the door. Apparently our doors aren't an average size, and I was getting quotes telling me that it would take 18 weeks to get doors that size that matched. We have an EV that plugs in on that side of the garage, so we didn't have the option to wait. Sam found the doors for me, kept them on hold until we finally got payment from Amazon's Claims Co "ARC" (which are a nightmare to work with). Sam was helpful and patient the entire time, and once he got the go ahead, his installer was here the next week and did an excellent job! read more

I hired them to install two doors last month. One of the door can't close completely. I called them to repair it. They said they would come but never show up. I called them again and they said they would text me to come the next day, but I have not received any message from them. I don't know what I can do now. Should I pay them extra money so they can repair the garage door even they guarantee the work for 1 year? Thanks. read more

Our garage spring needed to replaced at our townhouse and needed to fixed asap. Sam was super responsive and not only replaced the broken springs but also added a bracket and lubricated the rollers at no additional cost. His pricing is reasonable and offers a 3 year warranty which is not the case with the other companies out there. He was professional and courteous in all his verbal and face-to-face interactions. Very poor response time. Contacted 6 businesses though yelp for a garage door problem they were my first choice since it is a local business. However 5 of the contacts responded the same day and we chose one and the problem was solved. Advanced Garage doors did not even respond that day but a day later after the problem was resolved. Hence I cannot recommend this business. read more

I used this company a few months ago to have my garage door serviced. I figured that creaking sound was not normal and I should get it checked out. I called and scheduled an appointment, which was easy. The technician came out, explained what was going to happen and then did exactly what he said. I watched for a few minutes and then when he was finished, I tested out the garage door with him to make sure it was all working fine. It was!! No more creaking!! Thanks for the quality service and professionalism. I know that I appreciate a quieter garage door opening....and I suspect my neighbors do too. I would recommend this business to others who are looking for a reasonably priced garage door service. read more

We had a wonderful experience with Advanced Garage Doors from start to finish. We needed to replace our garage door and opener and called the company to inquire about pricing. Sam was at our house within hours and provided us a detailed quote that was competitive with another company that we had met with earlier in the day. We ultimately decided to go with Advanced Garage Doors because of their 3 year parts and 1 year labor warranty. Our garage door and opener were installed 2 days later by Jose. He was very courteous and skilled, finishing the project within 4 hours. Jose walked us through how to use our new garage door opener and offered to set up the garage door keypad for us as well.
