I can't say enough positive things about the company, quality of work courteousness and the list goes on and on. I went through Home Advisors and found MAS. I was contacted and we set up an appointment. Salal arrived on time (a big pet peeve - timeliness) and explained everything I would need. And though he was feeling a little under the weather that day, he was very patient with my decision making. I was notified every step of the way and when my door arrived I could not have been happier. Abdul and Alex work seamlessly together. And talk about perfectionists, they clean up was impeccable. I was in awe not just of my new purchase but the level of professionalism. I asked Abdul if would look at my front door that would not close properly. He did. And even though it could not be fixed, it was his "sure, I don't mind" attitude that sealed the deal for me to purchase another door. I would strongly caution anyone considering Thomas Garage Doors…read more I hired Jamie over two years ago to install my garage doors ($16,000+), and since then it has been one issue after another. One of the doors has never functioned properly and has repeatedly come off the spool, requiring multiple repair visits. Eventually, the bottom panel needed to be replaced. Jamie agreed to handle the repair, and I paid more than $2,000 for the new panel and installation. After an extremely long wait, the panel was finally installed -- but the workmanship was unacceptable. The overlays didn't line up, were pulling away from the panel, and looked terrible. Rather than taking responsibility, Jamie blamed the manufacturer and promised to replace the panel. That was months ago. Since then, it has been excuse after excuse, missed promised dates, and poor communication. I was told the replacement panel would arrive this week and that I would receive a call. No call ever came. To make matters worse, the garage door came off the spool again this week, leaving me panicked and unable to safely use the door. I tried repeatedly to contact Jamie and, unsurprisingly, received no response. I finally had to call another garage door company, and they arrived within an hour to fix the problem. What shocked me most was that the technician immediately noticed serious installation issues with the original work. He told me the brackets had been installed backwards and questioned whether the door had been installed properly in the first place. After more than two years of ongoing problems, delays, poor workmanship, and lack of responsiveness, I cannot recommend Thomas Garage Doors. Save yourself the frustration and hire someone else.

Because our trucks are older, we rely on professionals to provide proper long‑term solutions, not quick fixes.Instead, the technician drilled a single hole, reused our old brackets, and charged $475 for what they later described as a "service call." They also claimed they installed new cables, but provided no photos or proof to support that claim.By September 1, the door fell apart again. When we reached out, they blamed the truck being old and refused to come back out to even look at the issue. If the door truly needed full replacement, that should have been communicated before taking payment for a temporary fix. They refused to come out, blamed the truck's age, and never offered a proper solution. Another company repaired it with no mention of needing a full replacement then secured everything that needs to be secured
