Jamshed is friendly, honest, professional, and an excellent technician. I called him and he arrived in 30 min to check the problem. I kept asking him for different options to replace the opener and door and he patiently gave me his honest feedback on what really needs to be done. His price is very fair comparing to others and I believe he genuinely wants to help the customers first and foremost. He replaced the opener and parts in a timely manner on a brutally hot day. He made sure everything is done to my satisfaction before he left. I am very happy to have met him. read more

Provided a quick and accurate consultation to repair an old garage door that wasnt closing properly. Great customer service, prompt and responsive. Fair price and helpful overall. Thanks, Jamshed! read more

Tremendous service and value! Adams was immediately responsive to my initial outreach and description of the job. The technician made time to visit my home to view the issue that day. He quickly diagnosed and identified the solution, and implemented the solution in less than 1 hour. In short, the header bracket was not secured properly to the garage header, and the garage door was touching the center rail when opening and closing. He elevated the bracket and railing ensuring the bracket would be safely secured against blocking in the garage header and made other adjustments to ensure the garage door closed properly. His fee was more than fair for this job. If you are having any garage door issues, I would strongly recommend calling Adams Garage Doors! read more

Lord! My garage door keypad and remotes were not working and it was SO noisy. As luck would have it, I came across a post on Nextdoor; truly divine intervention. Adams Garage Doors LLC was responsive, very knowledgeable and personable. My schedule for the coming week was a bit hectic, so the owner came out on a Sunday. The price remained the same; no up-charge for the weekend work. I am amazed that my previously LOUD heavy wooden garage doors could open and close so quietly. I was sure that I had to replace them, but thank God that wasn't true. He did an amazing job: replaced the motors, cables and pulleys, tuned up/lubed, replaced the wall remotes inside the garage and the ones on the outside and I now have 4 working handheld remotes. Also, he gave me some information for me to consider in the future. Can't believe that I suffered for years with these loud and house vibrating doors I HIGHLY recommend using Adams Garage Doors LLC (703-623-6766) for installs/replacements or any other garage door issues that you may have. read more

Our aging garage door was malfunctioning (coil, cables), and it would not open. I found Adam here on yelp, and decided to give him a call based on his positive reviews. I called this company because the spring on my garage door broke and I needed it fixed. He came quickly, in under an hour, but after he replaced the spring for some reason my safety sensor no longer worked. He tried another one and that didn't work. His only recommendation was to buy a new garage door opener, which wouldn't solve the issue because it seems like it's a wire issue, my garage door opener works fine. I have to find someone to do wiring because it seems like he doesn't? Which is why I knocked him down a point because if you don't do wiring, how do you install new garage door openers? He was very rushed and received 3 phone calls of people asking for services while he was here. I don't think I would call him again based on my experience. read more

This company was recommended in a neighborhood FB group and wow, I'm so glad they were. They exceeded my expectations! We had problems with our discontinued & terrible garage door openers, and both of our doors were noisy & didn't function properly. Jamshed came out the same day for an assessment and returned first thing the next day to replace both openers & fix the doors. Everything is smooth & quiet and we're no longer scared to open our garage doors! Not only was the service top notch in quality and friendliness, but they also had the best price. You won't find a better value or nicer people elsewhere. I am referring everyone I know to them! read more

I called Adam around 1pm, as the spring on my garage door snapped. He told me he could come by 2:30. He look at the system and gave me an estimate and explained that as a small business owner he is charge some serious fees for using things like Yelp. His price was a little higher but he basically told me he would meet me where I would be happy. I agreed and he went to work. He had the springs in stock, which he installed a job well done. He cleaned and tightened everything up, as well. I then asked him if he could explain how to change the seal. Adam told me he would do it as it is just sliding it off an on. I wrote him another check for a little bit more. He would not take it. Well, the job actually took him (and I helped some) another hour and a half because the runner was all bent. He cut and installed a new one, changed out the seal as it was not big enough and generally put in a lot more effort. He would only take that small extra payment. He told me if I had any issues, to call and the work had a two year warranty. Amazingly honest and dedicated to keeping a customer happy. The reviews are all great because he runs a great business! read more
