RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

I reached out to Green Oak after searching on Yelp (s/o), and was extremely glad I did. Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. TL;DR - Highly recommend giving Brian and Green Oak Exteriors a shot to help fix your home exterior issues, especially when you are in a bind with your insurance company!

I immediately told the workers I knew what the problem was, and they just needed to replace the logic board. They spent the next 90 minutes talking to LiftMaster and running up the meter on their visit. Next, their dispatcher informed me they would order a new logic board, but they had to send it directly to me for some reason. They came back in December only to tell me that they had ordered me the wrong logic board. FIFTY DAYS after my original call, they finally had the parts and appeared to fix the garage door. The cost for this epic run around and simply snapping in a logic board? $500. And as a final annoyance, the installers told me they could affix a piece of plastic or metal on top of my unit to further protect the board in the future. He indicated it would be a very simple fix and he'd do it for free. NOT SO. The dispatcher called the next day and wanted another $400 for just that. Sorry, but cannot recommend these guys. Disorganized. Maybe shady? (why did the parts have to come to my address and not their offices?) Rude dispatcher and ridiculously expensive considering the work done. One good point? The workers and installer actually seemed like pretty nice guys.

There were a couple of hiccups with the siding, but Fredy came out every day and we came up with fixes. We've worked with numerous contractors across various specialties.
