The estimate we got from Creative Iron Arts was the most affordable. It was so affordable that we decided to have another iron gate installed at our rear entrance. We were very impressed by their work and service. Since my husband and I have mobility issues we insisted that an electric buzzed-in gate opener be installed with the front gate so we can let people in from inside the house. Even though it wasn't part of their service, Francisco Engel their very kind Representative, found an electric strike-cable kit in the Internet and installed it for us for a reasonable prize. They also gave us the liberty to choose the design and color for the iron gates. Creative Iron Arts was so accommodating & helpful to us. Communicating with them was easy. They worked fast and installed the iron gates in a day. We get complements for our new gates from friend and neighbors, and we don't hesitate to provide Creative Iron Arts' name when asked. ---Sylvia Atienza, Union City, CA.

Francisco was a good communicator and the shop can do truly custom work, not just assemble pieces from catalogs. We combined both, adding two custom design elements - longer end-piece loops at the street-end of the rails and semi-circles at the top, which curve around the existing wooden porch columns. We needed to make some corrections when the crew came to measure. Overall, we strongly recommend this shop and love the finished handrails.
