They try to make this appear like a large operation but it is a poorly run business. They gave me a quote for a window by the door and i accepted. After Alex and his partner showed up 3 hours late they hurried up to replace the window because they were behind. They made dents in all the trim and did a HORRIBLE CAULKING JOB. The caulk was thick and thin and not smoothed out at all. Alex said it will look better after drying. After the horrible caulking dried i called them back and said this wasn't acceptable I called the assistant lady back to get him to refix the caulk. She said he'd come out Monday next week and he never showed. I called her back again and she was acting frazzled that she couldn't get in touch with him (BS because they work hand in hand). He never came to fix the caulk and it looks horrible. The caulk is so messy and gives the front of the house a horrible appearance, along with the banged up and dented siding. Save your money and go with someone more affordable! There's only one dude doing these projects with a horrible hand for patience and quality work.

RESPONSIVENESS - very fast, very responsive, very professional. A tad too frequent, but apparently roof repair is a competitive business. INSPECTION - scheduled and conducted efficiently; exceptionally thorough inspection report (David). COST - in line with all other quotes, which are apparently driven by the insurance estimate. Green Oak differentiation included owner interaction, master roofer certification, 5 star rating, excellent warranty, professional documentation and workflow management. WORK - scheduled efficiently, material arrived on time the day before, crew arrived on time the day of, work was conscientious and completed in 3/4 day (townhome), clean-up (including loose nail hunt) was impressively thorough. AFTER - received certificate of completion in a timely manner, along with photo record of repaired roof. Not being a roofer, it's difficult to assess the integrity of the new roof & shingles, however the end result appears clean and professional. Suspect the new, high-quality roof will increase the townhome value and/or decrease time to sell based on the high-quality products used and overall curb appeal of the work. Overall quite satisfied with Green Oak. Recommend.

Brian H. took me through the process from start to finish, including an insightful explanation of the insurance claim process. The free estimate happened within a few days and ended up being lower than the insurance-assessed quote. He recommended a roof "tune up" as part of the package without pushing or trying to upsell me for more, which i really appreciated. He also accommodated my inquiry of adding on the installation of a bathroom exhaust vent cap, which was missing when we moved in. After being extremely reasonable on pricing and lighting-fast on responses, they scheduled and completed the work the day after signing. The team was efficient and respectful, with a huge attention to detail. We ultimately chose them, over one of the large companies, because one of our big windows needed a sill replacement with some "custom carpentry" to get it level with an adjoining countertop. Virtually no other contractor said they could it. Window Man ended up nailing it. Install wise, they operated much better than the most recent contractor we used for a different window replacement, and the level of work was clearly much higher. Not just with the windows looking good but with little things like showing up on time and cleaning up.

All was fantastic, but we just weren't ready to "pull the trigger." Fast forward to August of 2017, I contact Scott again seeking a quote for a sliding glass door for our house and his price blew the competition out of the water. In about three weeks, the order was placed and our door was installed. I can't tell you how impressed my husband and I were with Tri County. When I saw the sliding door, my response was: "I want to replace EVERY window in this house, now." The company's communication with customers is wonderful-- I wouldn't go more than an hour or so after emailing them to ask yet another question before I got a response. The installation was quick, the workers are super nice and efficient (and incredibly CLEAN... not a trace of dust or paint left behind!!) and Scott could not have been more helpful throughout the entire project. I asked for a premium product initially and realized it wasn't in my price range at all. He reworked promptly the quote for a different slider at a lower price point. I was having an inner slider removed as well as the outer slider replaced and wasn't expecting any door company to do any of the trim/painting after removal. He also stated his people could do that no problem. I had had multiple quotes his came within range of the others (better than most of them) but with a fiberglass door instead of vinyl which from what I could research is a better material. Because of COVID-19 the wait was 10 weeks out and the install was done within the time he quoted. The install men came on the day promised and were polite. They replaced the outside door, removed the inside door, and installed and painted trim. It looked so good I handed the guy the second check before he handed me the keys for the outside (now only) slider. The only thing I am a little iffy on is if the new Marvin door will last. It was immediately after installation allowing water into the inner sill for a stationary piece of the slider through a hole between the moving door piece's base/sill (it seemed to be a manufacturing defect?). The company did respond promptly and fixed that issue, but I'm not sure it will be a permanent solution.
