I am so incredibly impressed and happy with the service that I received from 24 Hours Garage Doors. At 8pm on a Saturday night I attempted to close my garage door and it got stuck. A cable had become loose. I attempted to do the repair myself, but I got nowhere. I was in over my head. I called Eli at 24 Hours Garage Doors and actually got to talk to a human! 24 Hours Garage Doors Repair Reston Virginia - Garage Door Services Near Me - Reston, Virginia

24 hours garage doors is awesome! After I called, I immediately got a call back from Eli and he came over within 24 hours for a free estimate. I didn't even consider anyone else after meeting with Eli. His pricing was reasonable and my husband and I felt very comfortable with him. Seemed to be very honest and knowledgeable. He was able to schedule the replacement of our 3 car garage doors the week after and they look amazing. It took Eli and Sam a total of 2 days to remove the old doors and framing, etc. and to install the new ones. They were hard working and I don't think they even left for any breaks. I highly recommend Eli for your garage door needs. They truly are open 24 hours a day and even on Sundays. Thanks Eli and Sam! read more

Eli was out Friday, and helped us get our cars out of the garage. He came back today, and we have what, from the inside, looks like a new door. He replaced pretty much all the hardware. I felt badly because it was cold AF today, and although I was home, I had to work, so I didn't get to talk to him much (he probably appreciated that). Super nice guy. Knows his shit. Did not try to upsell us. Wonderful work. Highly recommend! read more

My garage door broke trapping our cars in the garage with a partially opened door that was twisted. I had no idea what had happened but called a lot of companies to get someone over right away so that my wife and I could go to work, but none could help immediately. 24 Hours Garage Doors sent over Eli within an hour. He was very accommodating and fast and replaced the broken springs, old steel rollers and cables. We even had him come back on the weekend to replace our old garage door motor and opener with a needed upgrade. Prompt and professional service especially in an emergency is hard to find. Call the guys at 24 Hours Garage Doors and ask for Eli! read more

Eli and his worker came on time yesterday. I explained to them the garage issues and they quickly knew what was needed to fix it. He explained to me in detail what was required to fix it (New, larger tension spring and tightening the framing, etc...)....unlike the previous garage repair company I used, they arrived and just said what they were going to do...no explanation whatsoever! 24 Hours arrived prepared! The garage doors open and close quietly and everything is working perfectly. I will definitely call them later this fall to install new openers!! read more

Was very happy with the responsiveness and service from 24 Hour Garage Door. Eli, the technician who gave the quote and perform the garage door repair, was extraordinarily knowledgeable. He diagnosed multiple issues with my 2-car garage door, including improper initial installation of door and springs, and that a different kind of garage door opener would work far better with the particular design of my garage (and where load-bearing beams were at). Work was performed in a timely fashion, and garage door works perfectly now (balance, extremely quiet, properly lubricated, etc). read more

Unexpectedly the garage door to our home became misaligned and stopped functioning completely; the result of years of regular usage that culminated in loose springs and possible damage to the motor. With rain coming down and a garage full of stuff exposed to the elements I called our builder's vendor for the garage door installation only to learn they weren't available for another 24 to 48 hours. So I called 24 Hour Garage Doors and their office sent over a wonderful technician named Eli. He was the textbook example of professionalism and even apologized for the time it took to make it to our home. A few hours later (the builders had apparently installed the door incorrectly) he made all the proper adjustments and not only fixed the issue but managed to quiet the sound of the garage door/motor as well. Job well done to say the least. read more

My garage door decided not to work and open completely this past Monday morning, so my car was stuck inside the garage. Eli (owner) was very quick at getting back to me when I messaged him on yelp at 6:30am (the company IS really 24 hrs!). He told me he'd be able to help me the next day. I was even more impressed that despite being stuck in horrible traffic, he didn't cancel and was still willing to come and rescue my car! Eli and his associate were very kind and easy to work with. Our garage door made a large "bang" and stopped working. One of the supporting springs split in two rendering the garage door inoperable. I found this out at 1030 at night on a Thursday. I called 24 hours garage doors repair that night and they actually answered the phone and arranged to come out the next day. Their person, Eli, identified the problem and showed me why the breakdown had occurred and what had to happen to fix it. Eli ordered the parts and came out on the following Sunday to install everything. He called in advance to tell me when he would be at my home and did the work thoroughly and expertly. I even received a 15% discount for being a veteran which was nice. Eli was very polite, efficient, and informative. I highly recommend these guys. read more

The technician didn't show for the initial appointment nor did anyone call me. I had to call them to set it up again for the next day. When they did come, an estimate was written that was illegible & I had to email to get the details. I believe the price for basically a new system (other than the door) was fair & was subsequently installed after parts were obtained, about 5 days later. The only other issue I had was a bit of a language problem. My tenant was referred to in an email as "tante" which took me awhile to figure out. Overall, I would recommend them but improvements could be made to overall service. read more
