I did a little investigating and this company was recently sold to a DE company that has a mailing address on 450 Park Ave 15th Floor NY, NY. The bottom line, I couldn't get the same model that they installed two years ago, the new model will only work with their own garage door key pad that costs over $100, they swear universal key pad remotes can't be paired with it as they are operating omn their own unique frequency... The new machine is about $400 more than the one from two years ago... I swear it looks the exact same... If you have deep pockets, give them a call...

They didn't really show anything but I sent them anyway. I mentioned that on my phone message. Two days go by and no response, so I called again, left him another message. So here we are a week and a half later and I've heard nothing from anyone, so I called another company (Overhead Door) and they are sending someone out early this afternoon.
