Long Fence gave us a quote and estimated that it would take 12 weeks to fix the gate! Not only was the quote from Long Fence expensive but 12 weeks to replace a gate is just crazy! So we reached out to Frank for a second opinion and I'm so glad we did! Frank's quote was much more reasonable than Long Fence and he had the new gate installed in 1 week! Frank responded to all of our questions immediately and was amazing to work with! In a few years when we need to have the entire fence replaced, we will definitely be calling Frank at Madison Fence!

This was our first time dealing with Fence and Deck Connection, and I have to say we are very happy…read morewe chose them. Kevin, our Salesperson came to the house and discussed our project (white vinyl railing around front porch and handrails on both sides of steps.) He understood exactly what we wanted done. We had a budget in mind and after meeting with Kevin went over our budget very little. Chris, Project Supervisor, was our next visitor. Chris reaffirmed measurements. Seven days later we met Christian and Hector our Installers. They were EXCELLENT! Very friendly, polite, and hard workers. After railings were completed they cleaned up, and even wiped down the railings. Even though we went a little over budget, we truly believe we got our moneys worth. Thanks again, Kevin, Chris, Christian and Hector?

From the very…read morebeginning, William was incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, offering excellent suggestions that truly improved the final outcome of the project. What really stood out was his patience and flexibility as we had to coordinate with builders who were delivering our sheds at the same time. Will easily took the challenge and made sure our paddocks were secure. When we threw him a curveball in the middle of the build, he handled it flawlessly. The communication throughout the entire process was top-tier. He made sure we were involved in every detail and never made aesthetic decisions on our behalf--William consulted us on everything, right down to the choice of hardware and the gorgeous handmade gate design. In addition to the fence, he also custom-built our driveway sign post, which turned out beautifully. This review actually took months to formulate because I wanted to include before and after photos.
