I called on a Saturday afternoon (I had no expectation that they would be out that evening) and the technician (Ken) arrived the next day within the first hour of the 2.5 hour window I was told to expect. Ken was friendly and immediately got to work. He took stock of our situation and offered options for repair ranging from repairing just what was needed all the way up to a complete door replacement if we wanted since we had some cosmetic issues with our door. He stated the facts for our options, but didn't push us in any particular direction. When we decided on a plan, he set to work and was done quickly. When done, he explained that a previous repair service didn't install the correct strength spring and rather than replacing what was already there, he installed the proper spring with no change to the price quoted.
