Not ideal, but thankfully the ice machine was working. To be fair, this was around 12:30 on a random Tuesday and they had only been open about an hour, so I'm giving a little grace there. Now for the important part... the food. The food came out quick, hot, and fresh. The portions were solid, and honestly, these were some of the best plain fries I've had since moving to Texas. Crispy, seasoned just right, and actually fresh. The gyro wrap was loaded and flavorful too. What really stood out was the service. The guy at the counter was super attentive and checked on us multiple times while we were eating. What initially felt like a sketchy little spot honestly turned out to be a hidden gem. Definitely one of those "don't judge a book by its cover" type places.

The rice was boring and the cucumber mixed salad that comes with it tasted like it had been sitting around a while, which surprised me considering that I was there at lunch time. The lamb was okay but not spectacular or as juicy as I had hoped, and the portion size was a little small. The hummus, baba ganoush, garlic sauce, eggplant salad (delish) and pita were all excellent. Get one of their family packs - and try it all of the kabobs plus cold appetizers. This place is a gem.
