My new car has black and white interior, with a black dash. I (with great hesitancy) chose a black suede dash cover, unsure if it would be of any protection against the Arizona sun. It works beautifully, and looks better than the "carpet" dash covers I have had in the past. Sitting in a parking lot for a while (without a windshield shade) , in the Arizona sun, the cover gets warm, but not really hot (my black dash was too hot to touch). I was pleasantly surprised. It fits like a glove (I did not need to use my velcro fasteners). With the shape of my dash, it does not slide around. Classy - does not look cheap. I just received and installed my new Dash-Topper from Dash Designs for my 2021 Holiday Rambler Endeavor and couldn't be happier. The quality of the material and the expert workmanship exceeded my expectations. My dash cover arrived carefully packaged with instructions and non-invasive velcro fasteners to ensure it stays in place and provides excellent protection from the sun and eliminates any glare while driving. A Lonnng time ago I handled Fedex packages at Priest Road. Every day I'd cover half a "can" wall (8' x 6' x 8' aluminum shipping box) with Dash Design boxes. Fast forward to 2018, a salesman at a local car dealer gave us the Dash Design contact info saying, "Go direct, it will cost half as much as we charge." In Arizona's solar weather an unprotected car dash captures enough heat to de-ice your latte in a flash. Then the dash cracks as the plastics weather and your trade-in value goes the way of your latte cup - as does your trade in value. I have been a customer for 12yrs or more with the dash pad and sun shade in 4+ vehicles, great product with a fatal flaw, the elastic strings break about every 6-12mo, rendering the shade useless. They have always replaced them under warranty about 1x/yr, everyone I know has these same problems. I didn't bring my receipt because they've been able to look it up by my phone number and warranty them out the past 10 times or so, but not interested in supporting their product anymore. All four of mine are less than two years old and all four have broken strings. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. read more

Like others, it was not mailed on time as the web site said. Also, like other complaints, not near enough Velcro. Aside from that though, it's just not very good quality for the $86 it cost. Another thing I didn't like is that they put their Logo right up front. They don't stand behind their faulty products or honor their warranty. $45.99 for a shade that WILL BREAK when temp gets over 100*! Stewart told me his retractable shade is 5 years old & works fine, ya right- I wonder how many times you've restrung it! I'll take my business elsewhere. They know it's a BIG problem in summer but NOW they've changed & are NOT taking care of the customer or broke product. They now want you to purchase a new one that will break! NOPE- Not happening, not getting my money or business again! Before I left, a man came in stating the exact issue, "The shade won't hold up to Az heat!" I bought my first dash cover from Dash Designs in 2016 for a Jeep Renegade, I loved it. Now days most cars and trucks come with black or very dark dashes. The South Texas sun is rough on the car and the human. These dash covers protect the dash very well and make the heat coming off the dash bearable. Since then I've bought 3 more dash covers from Dash Designs for a Nissan Frontier, Dodge Grand Caravan and, just recently, my new Chevy Trailblazer. Every single one of them fit like a glove. Purchased my first dash cover from Dash Designs for my 2022 Bronco, I was amazed at the fit and quality. I then purchased for my wifes Ford Transit Connect, this vehicle has so many contours on the dash and multiple openings and recesses I thought for sure it was going to be a hard fit. It wasn't, the cover fit like a glove! They are great for keeping the sun off of your dash and reducing glare, plus they add a touch of richness and class to the cabin. Lastly I ordered on for my 1969 Ford F250 and believe it or not they came through for me again with a superb fit, they all look great and are super easy to install. read more

Purchased a retractable sun shade. Not the greatest of quality plastics are used and the finish is rather rough in spots. When the shade retracts it forms a clamshell that is tough to align so it can clip together. It's a fit and finish problem. Especially tough when you have to reach across the vehicle and get it just extactly right to clip in and stay together. I only had it installed for a few months before it became to much of a hassle, so purchased another shade from a different company. Not the most expensive retractable shade out there but not really user friendly enough to save the money. read more

I ordered floor mats for my 2012 toyota from this company. They had color samples in their ad that match my car interior so I ordered Charcoal. what I got were silver/light grey mats. When I contacted them I included pictures of what they sent me compared to pictures of their advertised charcoal color. They said that though the color was different that was now their charcoal color and no refund or returns is offered. Now Im stuck with expensive mats that are the wrong color. Deceptive adverising and poor customer service. Beware of ordering from this company. read more

I ordered a Dash Mat for my newly purchased auto - I have owned such a mat from another company that was wonderful. The mat we received was not quite the correct size, and the quality of the fabric was less than expected. I attempted to call and leave a message several times. I want to return the dash mat - they do have a return policy and charges to return an item. I am still waiting for a email or call - NO SUCH CALL OR CONTACT HAS COME. One of the retractable strings broke, that hold the shade up, and it was a month or so out of warranty,I asked them of they could fix it, and they replaced it for free! My Dash Designs dash cover had a better fit than another manufacturers dash cover. The material (seude) was nice looking as well. Only issue is the overall design for the 2005-2010 Toyota Avalon has a major flaw. They do not make the cover with a cut out for the center dash radio speaker. Major issue, unless you enjoy a muffled output from your speaker. The design folks need to go back for a review of this particular model of dash cover. read more

Dash Design (DD) excels in: 1.) Customer Service, 2.) value for cost; 3.) installation of seat covers, dash cover, sun shade. Customer Service. Diana responded to my email regarding seatcovers in one day. Made arrangements and scheduled installation resulting in doing everything possible to resolve my issue. Laura (Retail Office) was very professional and definitely on top of my concern and made install quick & easy. Marco, the installer, does excellent work. Note: Experience required for installation of front seatcovers. I didn't get back seat covered. I watched Marco work and am glad that I live where install is possible. Value: Seatcovers reasonably priced. I suggest getting swatches before ordering as the materials differ considerably. Dash Cover: Very nice cover. Would have preferred a better selection of fonts for customization. Just a personal preference. Sun Shade: Marco installed and I recommend having some experience in this install also. The bases for the sun shade have very strong adhesive and would not be easy to re-position in the event of an error. If any one reading this review knows a way to remove this type of adhesive product without affecting the windshield, please email me at Yelp or post a review. Providing this information would have resulted in a 5 star rating. Bottom Line: Product & service are a good value for the cost. Easily recommended with the above caveats in mind.
