Storm helped us with a fallen window. He went above and beyond, even so far as to give us a shim out of his trunk. What a guy!

I stopped by the O'Reilly Auto Parts on South McClintock to pick up some windshield wiper blades…read more Before heading over, I did my homework on the website and looked up the brand, size, and type I needed so I could get in and out quickly. When I arrived, I showed manager Brad what I had picked out online. He grabbed the exact items and started ringing me up. I casually mentioned that if they didn't fit, he'd probably see me again shortly. That's when Brad asked what vehicle I drove and double-checked my selection. Good thing he did! He caught that I had selected complete wiper replacements when I only needed replacement blades. He quickly swapped out the items and then offered to install them for me. Ten minutes later, I was back on the road with my new wiper blades installed! That's the kind of customer service that earns a five-star review. Brad didn't just take my order at face value; he took the time to make sure I was getting the right parts and went the extra mile by installing them. He saved me the hassle of making a second trip and potentially buying something I didn't need. This is exactly why I typically try to shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts for my automotive needs. Knowledgeable employees, attention to detail, and a willingness to help make all the difference. Thanks, Brad, for the outstanding service!

Was driving down the road and some man was trying hard to get my attention, come to find out my…read morebrake lights were out, and he was letting me know. Thank you kind Sir! I'm not one who is full of car knowledge so I called my brother and asked him what could be happening, after checking the fuses and finding out that they were good, it just was my brake lights not all the other lights, he told me that it most likely was my brake light switch that went out. What the hell is that and will it be costly. Went to work the next day and was just talking to my IT man (who rebuilds cars as a hobby) and told him my brake light switch went out, he was pretty impressed that I diagnosed my issue correctly (didn't have the heart to tell him I was fed that info) and he told me to buy the part and he will fix it for free! WHAT? So I called Napa Auto Parts, spoke to David, told him my make model and year of the car, he told me he did in fact have the part, so I told him I'll be seeing him soon. Got there and David was behind the counter, he was friendly and very helpful, got the part for me and I was tickled pink to find out it was under 11 bucks. Brought it back to my IT man and BAM brake lights are back! David was great, friendly and helpful, if ever I need other auto parts, Napa is the place to go!

Ordered parts online for store pickup because it seems nobody stocks parts anymore. Neither of…read moretheir competitors did, either. The parts here are usually higher quality and I have fewer returns for subpar "NIB" failures. The AAA discount brought the price down a bit so they were competitive. However, every time I go in here, the music is cranked and it appears I'm inconveniencing the staff. Looks like I'll be going to Phoenix or Chandler next time. Sometimes a convenient location isn't the deciding factor.

She stopped in to this store and the staff immediately jumped in to assist her. She was comforted by staff and given a chair to wait for us to come get her! Love my local Autozone here on Ray Rd. And McClintock. You may ask yourself, what makes this…read moreautozone particularly different from any of the other locations? Why is this one so special and better than the rest? Well, let me tell you. The customer service here is exceptional. And the attention to detail is beyond super. They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. Some of you are older than the age of 40 people know what I'm talking about.. And thanks for reading my review.
