They brought my 1962 Thunderbird Sports Roadster to a level that I don't think the car has seen since it was in the showroom in '62. I have a 2nyr old Crosstrek with very low miles, 8800. I brought it here to have a Teflon coating put on it. They did a great job, and the work is guaranteed for up to 3 years. I do garage my car, so he said it should last 3 or more years if I take care of the car. They do awesome work, very reliable, honest, and just good people. Family owned. read more

Their ad prices are deceiving-the "mini" cleaning for a large vehicle says $69. My husband took his very well-maintained, WEEKLY washed and vacuumed from day 1 F150 truck there and the quote was $200.!!!! RIP OFF!!!!!! read more

We used them several times but have not returned since leaving a nearly-new pickup there all day, getting it back much later than promised (well after dark), only to realize that the driver side mirror mechanism was broken. When pointed out to them, they denied having anything to do with it and refused to be responsible for repairs (seriously?) They reluctantly said they *might* pay for half... They saved a bundle on the repair but permanently lost a customer. The lot and bays were overfull on the day that this occurred. However, we were booked in on the date of their choice - we didn't ask to be squeezed in, and we were not told they didn't have time or space to work properly. Not sure the cause of the damage, but it most assuredly was not there when we turned it over to their care. Yes, the truck was clean when we picked it up, but the dangling mirror (no longer connected to the adjuster was a buzzkill. EDITED TO ADD: To business owner reply: If you are located just south of University on the west side of Gilbert Rd, it was most assuredly your shop. And yes, after multiple other trips there, we re astonished at the response to our report of damage. SECOND EDIT: After giving this additional thought, I'm removing one star (originally gave three in consideration of the thorough cleaning the truck received.) I was conscious that one or more people could work hard on that, only to be overshadowed by one person who had to have knowingly broken the mirror mechanism. The removed star is for the Yelp response of the business owner because that makes TWICE that management denied this happened. It's wasn't the boom on a crane, it was a driver side mirror on an American-made pickup truck. Imagine the goodwill that could have been maintained if the error was acknowledged and handled correctly. A learning experience for employees (admit your mistakes and learn from them). The matter would never have been brought to Yelp. Clearly, the issues at this business span above work quality and employee accountability. To accurately review, whatever the situation, is the fair and just to not only consumers, but to the other participating businesses. And that is why, after additional consideration, I have removed a star. I am so appreciative of this forum. read more

I've brought every car I've had for the last 20 years to Car Cleaners. They have amazing attention to detail and their staff is always looking out for you. Just drop it off in the morning and they can usually get it out by evening. Bring your car in annually and it will look terrific the entire life of the car. My current car is 9 years old and is still a great looking car. My wife is always happy to get her car to Car Cleaners, too. Their leather cleaning/conditioning and interior work is amazing. Top quality products plus virtuosic expertise are a great combination! Also, if you're looking to sell a car, bring it here to get cleaned up and you'll fetch a better price and have an easier sell. It doesn't surprise me that this shop already has a 5 star review. My wife and I have two vehicles that were just in recently to have our interiors detailed and I have to say its the best job we've ever had done from the 5 shops we've been to over the last 10 years. Specifically, my car has tan leather and they were able to make it look like I just took it off the lot for the first time. I honestly didnt believe it when the owner told me he wouldn't make it looker darker as this tends to happen to tan leather but he was right. As well, these guys are use to detailing high end vehicles, even private jets and helicopters. The reason I say this is because they are trusted with some very expensive items because of the quality of work they perform. if you are looking for great results for a reasonable price, then these are your guys. Lobby - clean as whistle Staff - uniformed and knowledgeable. Treated my wife with courtesy and respect. Only knock on them is the place is busy so not a lot of places to park. Not a bad problem. Cars get dirty when traveling. This place is not only fast but nearly perfect when it comes to detailing and the pricing is very reasonable. They have cool classic cars sitting about you can look at while you are waiting. Not many any buildings in the area but they have a nice office waiting area or you can wander around. read more

My fiance and I brought in our Jeep Grand Cherokee feeling extremely concerned because we ran over red paint on the highway that splattered all over the right side of our brand new Jeep. We do not trust easily when it comes to others detailing our cars as it is something we enjoy doing ourselves. We quickly realized that we didn't have the time nor the supplies to handle this job. That is when we found Car Cleaners Detailing and they did not disappoint. They did an absolutely phenomenal job! They got all of the red paint off of the vehicle as if it was never there. He answered "We are a very high end detailing service and no we do not have any openings bye!". Do not usually post reviews....but is this case I felt strongly enough to post one. They claim to be 'the best' but the results of their work on my car show otherwise. Dropped my Porsche 911 on Thursday night and was told I could pick it up on Saturday am. Car was not ready until 10 hours later( Pm on Saturday). Car still had some visible swirls and it is likely they also left a detailing lamp on for too long shining on the passenger side causing deformation of the inside panel. Their attempt to fix a couple of chips was also disappointing. It looked like they were overwhelmed with work and not having enough resources. Will not return. read more

First of all, ignore the one star review by Enrique. I'm making the assertion that his negative comments are a bold faced lie. These guys are top shelf in both service and respect. I simply can't say enough good about them. John Rost, the owner, treated me with absolute respect. It doesn't matter if you have a Lamborghini or a K-car, your business is valued there. If you don't like their prices, remember that you always get what you pay for. They are in fact a high end detailer. I figure if guys with exotic classic cars trust these guys then I know I can too. I've had 4 vehicles (Explorer, Cobra Mustang, Escape, Sienna) completely detailed bumper to bumper in the past and they can make anything look brand new! Most recently, I brought my wife's Toyota Sienna in which had years of neglect from hauling kids of all ages to and from, here and there. I am beyond impressed with how well it cleaned up. If you want a true car detailing come here. They hit every nook and crany. They even banned the loose items in my center console(ie pens, pencils). It does have a higher pricetag than some but they take your vehicle all day to make sure it meets their high standards. read more
