I've had the pleasure of dining a few times and each time, it's a true delight as it is a cornucopia of culinary wonder. With fish and seafood flown directly from Japan, only the freshest and finest are prepared and served. As a result, in an omakase menu, there is no set menu as the chef prepares what's available. Each dish is meticulously prepared and watching the master chefs at work is worth the price of dining. While the master prepares the more intricate dishes, two apprentices (minimum 3-5 yrs in the industry) prepare the menu orders. It's a beautiful symphony of slicing the fish, forming the rice, putting the fish on top, and the gentle squeeze and presto...unless additional flavoring is required. Pairing the tasty seafood, is a selection of beer (Japanese of course), and an extensive selection of sake - served cold or warm (recommend cold).
