Eastern Kitchen was a new place me & hubby went to for dinner after a long day. We ordered takeout. Parking was right in front. We were kindly greeted by the owner James when we arrived. He recommended great dishes to try and even gave us beverages to sample. The decor is very simple but chic. They do have tables and chairs but not much to accommodate a large crowd. Great for a lunch date or take-out spot. We bought the Gringo bowls with gochujang chicken Gringo tacos. Wow this was an explosion of Korean & Mexican food at its best! Loved both dishes and will definitely return. This place is a must-try if you are in Englewood Cliffs! Wow, I've been missing out! I've seen this place on Yelp but didn't visit before because I thought there wouldn't be many options. I was wrong. I visited today, and it's a nice, clean place with a diverse menu! We tried the bulgogi dumplings, and tacos. My daughter loved the dumplings. The food is incredibly fresh. I don't like bulgogi with a lot of fat, but my dish was perfect. They also have bubble tea, burgers, fries, and rice bowls. The owner, who I think greeted us, was super nice and gave us some free cookies since it was our first time there. They offer both prepared foods to go and hot foods made to order. There's some inside seating available. They also have a small parking lot and free street parking. I will definitely be back very soon! read more

I was excited to try this new Korean fusion takeout spot. Featuring apps, bowls, ramens, and tacos, I knew I had to try the fusion-est items: bulgogi kimcheese fries and the bulgogi roll. On top of their menu, they have a whole ready-to-go section with cold Korean banchan and prepared dishes including jeon, bossam, muk, dduk, and so much more. Plus they had a sign for "buy 3 soups, get $1 off each soup". Back to the takeout, it was ready in about 15 minutes. There's nowhere to eat inside and I don't know if that'll change in the future but they give you everything you need for your meal: utensils, napkin, and soup if your order is eligible. The fries were hot & great, not dry at all, and the kimchi & bulgogi on top were flavored perfectly. This app was honestly the highlight and could even serve as a light meal or snack by itself. The bulgogi roll was okay. I'm not sure what I expected but "it is what it is"... definitely could've benefited from proportional ingredients (or maybe just less rice). It did come with a side salad though. But an overall great experience here so my score gets rounded up! Props to the lady who helped with the order. read more

I found this place on Uber Eats one night and have been ordering from them ever since. They offer delicious Korean fusion food. I love their bowls and tacos. Portions are very generous and priced well. Taco Tuesday gets you 3 large tacos for under 8 bucks! There's no seating so takeout only. Worth trying if you are ever in the area or just get it delivered. I really like they way they pack their tacos with partitions so they don't come apart for get really messy during transport. read more

I had already ordered twice from Eastern Kitchen and both times the food were amazing. Prices of their food were affordable and the options on their menu were simple yet vast. Portion sizes for their KOCO bowls were huge, I would always have leftovers for the next day. Inside of restaurant is nice and clean with a bunch of Korean food in display to choose from. Definitely will be ordering from them again. I'm planning on trying their whole menu and grab some side dishes while I'm there. read more

This place is fantastic! Excellent Korean fusion at a great value. We've ordered from here a lot and lately it's entered the weekly rotation. The Bimbimbap and the Loko Rice Bowl are really solid portion sizes and as good as you'd expect. Right now they have weekly specials where the Bulgogi Tacos are $5 on Tuesdays and the Sliders are $5 on Thursdays. Each of them I'd say are slightly smaller than a full sized entree but is a solid meal if you throw an appetizer on top. Their website also says there are certain lunch specials that are only available on weekdays but we haven't tried them yet. When you go in, also know that they offer a lot more options in-person that aren't listed online but are available based on what they've prepared for the day. Typically there is Korean sushi, summer rolls, pork belly, and other items that are prepared for the day. They also have kimchi and other grocery style items that are fresh and made in-house. read more

Also have ready made to go meals and korean side dishes, and a great selection of Korean snacks and drinks. Love it as a quick lunch spot, very limited currently though. Found the place while in town for business and I would highly recommend anyone in the area give it a try. Ordered the chicken Taco's at lunch and they had great taste and were the Right amount of food for the price. I then ordered the sliders for dinner with the ramen noodles ( spicy) and once again everything was delicious. My friends and I checked out this place and we loved it! I tried the Bulgogi Philly Cheese Steak and the Bulgogi Kimcheese Fries and both were delicious. The bulgogi was very tasty and is probably one of the best I've had yet. The wings were also pretty good as well. Wish there were tables outside for outdoor seating, but other than that its great.
