Used my cheat day meal of the week here. Had this placed bookmarked for some time and finally stopped by Friday afternoon. This is based on the Promo wings ($1 wing- minimum 6 wings) which comes with fries or tater tots and a soda. I got 3 regular, 3 soy garlic and 3 kokobop wings. Wings are made to order so it took about 15 minutes. The wings were great, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and plus it wasn't heavily battered. My favorite was the soy garlic, it was very flavorful and you can see the fresh ingredients on it. I finished all 9 wings (took full advantage of my cheat day meal). I highly recommend this place especially if you are in the mood for delicious KFC wings for a fair price. Was so excited that we found this shop near Hmart, we come here to shop for grocery every week. Thought we found a go to place for chicken wings when we are in the area. We ordered 20 wings with honey garlic sauce, half spicy half mild. When we come home, the chicken all came in mild, not half spicy... wasn't a big deal. Until we take a bite, we got a mouthful of raw garlic, it was so unpleasant and literally lost appetite after that. It was not eatable, I had to pick out all the garlic from the chicken and have to reheat the chicken from the air fryer, but it didn't help much. We did not enjoy it at all and were very very disappointed. Im not sure if this is how the sauce supposed to come, or the person who made this were just careless and was in a rush. Discover this place on Uber Eats. Probably not the best way to have fried chicken but was short on time. Chicken arrive in less than 15 mins and was still hot but honey garlic was a little to saucy and that makes it pretty mush. The crispy chicken still had good texture and was very tender. The highlight was the Cajun shrimp. It didn't have any heat but was delicious none the less. Portions were pretty good too. Will try to have it in store next time and see how it compares. read more

Recovering from surgery & not cooking & eating off times at 11:27 PM I became so hungry w a hankering for Chinese. The latest places were closing at 11:30. My husband happened to be coming home at that time so I had him stop on his way. He said the place was clean the people or man was very accommodating & wait time wasn't bad with 2 people picking orders to go ahead of him. When opening the bag of food I saw the person who prepared this took lots of care to tape containers (sauces) that had potential of opening (very impressive) maybe done from previous complaints but none the less. The chicken came in a nice box that was slightly steamed but all the chicken was very crispy. Color of chicken was white but not that fake stark rubbery kind. A tinge of color I think from marinate or fr being real like the flavor of dark meat. Anyway the taste was very good and great crunch on breading. The amount for a large seemed extra large. I had 4/5 pieces my husband had maybe 6/7 pieces but it looked like we didn't even make a dent in the box. I noticed right away that the chicken was not greasy was which was such a joy. The fried rice had plentiful shrimp & flavor & even though the vegetables had the potential of being frozen they were plump & not water logged soggy rice not greasy either just right. The dumplings looked like they had the potential of being over pan fried & dry but they were not they were perfectly crunchy and flavorful with a nice dipping sauce a little more sweeter (hoisany) than Japanese diping. As I ate I continued to be impressed with the fact that the chicken wasn't greasy but not dry either ea bite of everything better than the last. Trays of this would be good for a party - really stretches. The boneless chicken here is so good. I've ordered from here a few times and it's always good, but today I noticed something.. they put a small basket in the the "small" order box. So essentially you're getting less chicken, but it looks "full". They never did that before. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars. Finally tried Hans after driving by and regularly saying "wow we should really try this place" and my only regret is not getting there sooner! Sent my boyfriend for takeout and he said staff was incredibly friendly. Order was ready in under 10 minutes. Ordered a Thai bubble tea that was delicious and I love that it was almost like a slushy. Vegetable fried rice that came with a nice sized salad was great. Boneless chicken with side sauces in Korean bbq and honey garlic. Chicken was crispy and HUGE portion. We will definitely be coming back/ordering again. I was passing by while waiting for the mechanic to fix one of my trucks. The mechanic said it would be a couple of hours, so I decided to walk around town and found Ponds Chicken, which I went inside. Staff was very nice, courtesy friendly, and gave me a menu. I chose to get something off for lunch. The special price was very good. The food was incredible. The food was freshly cooked. The staff was even nice enough to provide me with a bottle of water when they noticed I was sweating profusely. I would definitely go back the next time. I am in the mood for tasty food. read more

Update: They said they can toss the wings with the sauce if you ask. It's a great value Korean chicken wing spot for the price of 10 really good sized wings for $12. The service is good and sauces are good too but they don't toss the wings with the sauce which is unfortunate. Just an observation but the spicy wings aren't spicy. They taste very similar to the mild wings with very little difference. If I order spicy I want spicy. They might be scared to make it spicy because of the demographic of Little Ferry, NJ. But again don't be, if people are ordering spicy they want spicy. Also the way the wings are breaded pick up the sauce very well but would be better if it were tossed on the wings themselves. If that isn't an option now you should add that option. Update: They messaged me and said if you want it tossed they'll do it but mention it to them so they do it. The onion rings were crispy and good. Dumplings good too. In a nutshell the food is very good with awesome value for what you get and the service is nice so will be back without a doubt but think about what I said Han. Its BYOB too. It's not a date spot but more casual and a to go spot. This is a nice local spot but not sure if I would say travel 20 minutes to come here. Saw something on Instagram stories about this place and it did not disappoint. Customer service is amazing, super nice mom and pop shop, but the chicken was amazing. My friend and I shared the ten piece honey garlic wings and a chicken sandwich and wow. The chicken sandwich was by far the best I've had anywhere (including Popeyes, chick fil a, and other places), the sandwich was well seasoned and so juicy, plus it came with a special sauce alongside ketchup and honey mustard and that sauce made the sandwich go from a 9/10 to a 10/10. I picked my food up Togo. Nice clean restaurant. Owner was very pleasant. I was early and had to wait a few mins. Chicken fried to order. Delicious and crispy. Good breading, not too heavy.
