I went in and asked the associate (Santa) if she had a flash drive I could borrow cause I had my laptop with me. Can you set unfortunately?I would have to buy one, but she did one better. She showed me how I could print directly to their machines by emailing it to printandgo@fedrx.com. now I don't have to put all my files from my computer on a flash drive or carry my laptop around because I didn't have a flash drive. One of the 2 files was having trouble on their self serve machines and Santa was very kind and helped me and printed it from her computer with the code I was provided by print and go. Plus I just sent the files from my phone. This made my life so much easier. Now that I don't have to deal with a flash drive I'm definitely not buying another printer for home (pain in the @$$). I want to thank Santa so much for her help. She took some.stress.off.mt back.when I need critical documents printed from here on out.

I once stopped at a different UPS store, as it was on my way running errands, and received far less than even the superficial "professional" customer service one would expect at any business establishment. The Crescent UPS staff have never requested I do their job, and for that I am grateful. The line may get long, but each employee will serve you with courtesy.

I did not have 2-3" of tape to close it. The box previously was taped shut with the mailing label. When the less then helpful employee scanned my q-code from my phone he said it need to be boxed up and ready. So I wasted my time by going here because I did not install two inches of tape on the flap that could have been done via the label that he would have needed to install on the box. I will never come to this store ever again, and probably never support these UPS stores in general. You would think that they want to HELP the customers, not drive them away. Well mister grey haired UPS store employee, you succeeded in not doing any work for the one minute I wasted your time with. And you have won. Hope your manager reads this. A little bit of tape would have gone a long way. DO NOT USE THIS STORE.
